Everything in regards with this hotel was perfect.

Breakfast was very good, beautifully presented and plenty of choice. Brilliant customer service, taxis, sightseeing trips all arranged and advice given of the best places to visit. Everyone was very welcoming and happy to make our stay as pleasant possible.

Almost EVERYTHING ! This is a LOVELY PROPERTY and if the management would just focus on a couple of particulars, it would be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

The PLUMBING is horrible. I stayed in one suite where there was NO HOT WATER flowing face bowl sink only cold water, but it was perfect in the shower. The second suite had ABSOLUTELY NO WATER flowing from the Hot Water side at all in the face bowl sink, but it was perfect in the shower AGAIN ! This is a perfectly fine situation if you are a person that washes your face and brushes your teeth in the shower, I guess . . . . . But I do not. I wash my face and brush my teeth using the FACE BOWL sink ! The VISUS is a MARVELOUS PROPERTY but they just have to correct these few details and they will be THE BEST IN PEREIRA. It really is an amazing property with AMAZING STAFF AND FOOD !!
