Ideal and cozy nook just minutes from the Pereira airport. We stayed here overnight to be close to the airport for our flight back to the US the next day. But if you stay in one of the upper floor rooms with a kitchenette, with views of the city and the mountains, this hotel could be a base for a longer stay in this city or region. The included breakfast was a la carte and everything we chose was excellently prepared. Especially the omelets with vegetables.

There are no elevators which can be a hassle if you have suitcases. But the staff are quick to carry anything you have up and down the stairs. Also, the lower floor rooms have no windows. But they are so immaculately clean and modern that if all you need is a clean comfortable place to sleep, they are excellent. Not many restaurant choices near the hotel except for a local fast-food restaurant/bar on the corner. They also deliver.

Excelent location for one night if you go to the airport. 10min by taxi. Friendly and attentive stuff. We had the double room with window (important because there are rooms without window) in the 5th floor. Extremely good steakrestaurant in walking distance. (Patagonia Mía, Carrera 11 Bis No. 38-125, Mallorca, Pereira, Risaralda) Definitely worth the money wich anyway is very afordable.

There is no lift, but the staff carried the luggage upstairs. As the hotel is situated on a main street you hear the noise.

The staff is extremely helpful and very attentive to your needs. The restaurant staff is very friendly and cheerful. Part of the experience at a hotel is not just the physical aspect of the room, but more importantly is the attitude and the passion the employees project towards the guest. This postive attitude coupled with a clean/organized room equates to a pleasant stay and a positive story to tell. JAC

The parking is very tight in front of the hotel.

I needed a quiet, air-conditioned room to rest before my international flight out of the Pereira airport (which is very close by). My room met all of these expectations, and the staff was very helpful.

Car noise on road, old building with stairs only (I was on 4th floor and with altitude sickness adjusting coming from sea level to 4,600 ft it was difficult to climb the stairs.)

Rooms in the front are very noisy. I got help from Juan David (the receptionist to change to a room located in the back of the building m. This room was a lot less noisy, but it has not good isolation from light

the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is also very tasty and excellent!!! the hotel is super, but you can hear everything behind the wall. it was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep.

Good breakfast (freshly squeezed juice), nice staff.

Noisy, poorely insulated rooms (hotel located at busy road), ventilation openings cannot be fully closed to prevent the noise from entering, don't forget your earplugs.
