Excellent Hotel, my 2nd stay there, I recommended to anyone, staff is very friendly, location is perfect, breakfast is really good, facilities are very good, it has parking, elevator, etc

probably that I dont get to pick a floor with better view, even though I paid for sea view, because of the appartmentes in front, seeing the sea is almost impossible, unless you're above the 8th floor

Seems mid renovation, no towel bars in bathroom, shower head straight down ( no way to avoid getting my hair wet).

the policy about not get alcohol into the pool cause they force you to buy the alcohol at the pool, and at the moment of book for the room they don’t same nothing about it

very modern and comfortable hotel in Santa Marta, Eduardo in the reception is an amazing person made me feel very welcome and looked after me no matter the time thank you highly recommend!

i believe the receptionist told us this hotel has only been open a month, and there is still work being done on other floors. The place is spotless, the overall vibe of the place is very welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean, a big comfortable bed and a very well equipped bathroom with a large shower. I enjoyed the views from the balcony over the pool area and wish I had spent longer here.

The only problem I had was that wifi wasn’t available, and because I’m travelling from England I rely on wifi in places that I’m visiting. I think there was work being done on the wifi when I arrived, but I think when I booked it said free wifi would be available. We went to breakfast around 9, as breakfast is from 8 until 10. By the time we arrived there wasn’t much left, and there was no coffee.

The location is really good, the apartment very confortable and modern, I really liked

The hotel is still in the building process, so there are some things which are not completed, however it has everything you need to enjoy your stay

The swimming pool,the guy working at the bar,the empanadas at the breakfast.Very clean and large bedroom

The hotel is pretty new so a lot of things are missing,but hopefully they're gonna do better in the next few months
