It was very clean, modern rooms and amazing breakfast! This area is the area to come if you want to be surrounded by Colombian and South American tourists. I think I was the only one from another country in Rodadero and because of this you really get a taste of life in the inside. This location was perfect for hopping on the boat to lovely Playa Blanca as well.

The property was great. It was reminiscent of a clean modern American 4 star hotel - something I didn’t experience much of in Colombia. It just didn’t have much character but to be honest that’s not always important when you’re dying for air con, a clean bed and a hot shower!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The highlight for us was definitely the service—the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The only downside was that our room was a bit noisy at night due to the nearby bars, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Super comfortable rooms, great pool. Nice breakfast buffet style with a few options. Staff are all very kind, a special thank you to Mylene the staff Manager (?) who really went above and beyond for us during our stay. Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Rooms are a great size, bathroom with hot water. Spotless

If you get a room facing the street, be ready for loud nights. Earplug didn't help unfortunately.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years. I was always treated very good. That´s why I have never been to another hotel in Santa Marta/ El Rodadero. I can recommend it. Very good location close to the El Rodadero Beach. Good breakfast with nice service (ask for what you may not see), the local Cayeye on Wednesdays is highlight. A friendly reception. A very good room service. Nice rooms with a very good air condition. Supermarkets and the bus to Santa Marta are very close.

Steps away from main beach, good breakfast provided daily, nice pool to cool off. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our pillows looked a little tired and smelled a bit of sweat, shower also could have probably used a better clean.

I wasnt a fan of Rodadero, but in terms of this Hotels location in the area it was great. Close to everything and the beach. The pool was nice, breakfast was decent, as expected. The room was great with good windows and blinds, a nice bathroom and shower and a comfortable bed.

The area was a little noisy, but i suppose thats just Rodadero. Nothing wrong with the hotel, if i ever need to return to Rodadero i would choose this hotel again.

What stood out to me most was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond to help my friend and me when we were having trouble booking flights, they allowed us to extend our stay, always brought us anything for the room we needed. Super positive experience here!

Honestly nothing.

The staff were friendly. The room was spotless. The pool was lovely! Good selection for breakfast. 5 min walk to beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Security on the door.

There was only 5 deck chairs around the pool which was ridiculous especially for a hotel of this size. These were taken early in the day and people had to sit in chairs instead.

The hotel is one block from the beach in a very safe area half a block from a police station. I was greeted promptly after I left my taxi and the person working the front door brought my bags up the stairs before I had a chance to do it myself. Lots of useful shops and delicious restaurants around

The mattress was kind of hard but after a day in Santa Marta you are too tired to notice

Great central location at Rodadero Beach two blocks off the water. Congenial Staff the breakfast staff in particular two days in row people had birthdays and the staff came out with balloons and sang Feliz Cumpleanos. A great way to start your day. Breakfast had yummy arepas con queso. Pool was clear everything was spic and span. Second stay here and more impressed each stay
