The room was clean and the hotel stuff clean it daily, the people were attentive and the phone worked. The bed was comfortable and had the views shown in the photos. There was a large desk with a chair. The location was good, just as on the maps you were one street from the main beach of Santa Marta El Rodadero.

If you like a quiet place, this is not your choice. Although the bathroom was clean, its shower was too narrow, it barely fit one person on one side and it had a window facing the private space of another apartment. The wifi has a really low signal.

The hotel was good overall. The breakfast was very good. The employees were very friendly. I had a great view from my balcony facing the beach. When you walk out of the front door you just cross a large sidewalk and you are on the beach.

The pool was extremely small. They allow pan handling and people selling everything you can think of to wait for you at the door. That being said and this isn't the fault of the hotel but I've been to many resort areas in many different countries and I've never been so bothered by so many people for money or selling something. It is unbelievable. For that reason I will never return.

Breakfast was too good with all the options available in plenty. However, as per the number of guests arriving, eating area is small. Rooms are quite big and airy with great view of the sea and the beach. The location of the place is also very good, right in an area with all the options of activities and then great beach-side restaurants available to sit , relax and enjoy the food and the scenery.

There is no point keeping a small refrigerator in the room, if it has to be empty. Not even a bottle of water. If a guest arrives late and don't have anything there, then that will be a problem.

Right on the beach. Good view from my room. Cool breeze from the sea. It turns out the kitchen has some really good food. I was busy trying out restaurants elsewhere in the town and I found out on the last couple of days that the hotel kitchen has some really good food.

The hotel was very well situated across from the beach and the balcony overlooking the beach was really nice. The staff were all just amazing and so helpful. Some of the best reception staff I have ever met in a hotel.

The noise level from the street music made it a bit difficult to sleep if you are sleeping in the front of the hotel.

Good location, near the see. Many restaurants around. Not crowded. Nice and friendly personal. Simple but delicious breakfast.

Beach was full of trash, on weekend you could hear the music loud from outside till midnight.

The room that we got had poor air ventilation, so when we went to the beach and got to the room with our clothes with sand and water, the room got the odor of our clothes

it’s a nice hotel. Room was clean. AC was cold and water was hot. The family room had two separate areas. good value! kids liked the pool. location was very central (and loud!!)

no coffee in the rooms!! breakfast was just okay. No elevator and they acted surprised when we requested help for our suitcases. It was LOUD outside all night long.
