Staff was incredible! Very clean and great pool. Good location.

They should have informed guests that their beach access was severely restricted and there would be late night sound checks due to a huge stage built for a Festival. Or, at the very least offered a discount for the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Too many vendors and men continually offering jet ski/banana boat rides. Too many stray dogs/unleashed dogs.

The location was excellent and fairly quiet compared to the rest of the city. Pool was exceptional and we loved being right on the beach. Also, the food was very good and the service was good as well

We had a little trouble communicating as we do not speak spanish but we managed and the staff tried hard to understand.

Loved the pool and the restaurant buffet. Our room had a wonderful view of the beach and sunset, quiet AC, very comfortable pillows and mattresses.

The beach is lovely but tons of action from vendors, couldn't relax. It was also quite a way from Santa Marta - and with our daily jungle tours we didn't actually get to see the city, were too tired afterwards.

Pool was beautiful and clean and beds very comfy. Waiters at breakfast and barstaff very friendly and helpful. Room maids and porters excellent. Good choice at breakfast. Location close to beach, local restaurants and city.

Some staff serving food did not take the care they should. Food serving facilities for breakfast and rooms need some updating. Reception service very slow. Music at pool too loud.

Hotel has evidently see better days. While the location and hotel facilities are great, some are old and not yet renovated. The room furniture and ménage is very old.

The Staff is terrific. It was our anniversary and the staff aided me in the purchase of flowers and a card. Everyone across the board looks to help the guests.

The breakfast was the only thing that could have been better. A little more diversity in the offerings would help.

The hotel met our objective of resting and relaxing. Excellent staff, good breakfast, safe. Near the hotel, on the beach, there is a restaurant "pescador paisa". It is a good option for lunch. Ask for Royer.

For lunch the price seemed very high compared to the quality.

All in all, very nice resort with awesome pool. Rooms were clean, however painting in walls (room in 6th floor) finished in rush, but no big deal. Greatest asset of the hotel is staff. Friendly in every turn, ready to serve and fulfill your wishes, full 10/10. Reason for bot givong 10/10 over all is: bird and fly problem in breakfast area. It is not acceptable to let birds steal food from table if unguarded. Also, it is not very nice when flies are flying around the food. These problems can be easily solved, and they should, because it is hygiene issue in first place. Outdoor areas have their challenges, and if they cannot be solved, one should consider moving foods indoors, Byt like said, very nice property overall!

Wonderful staff, good food, spacious rooms with views, great pool, clean, lovely grounds. Also appreciated having the beach towels. Liked that it was at the quieter end of the beach.

Music at pool Too Loud. Such a classy hotel could carry that atmosphere right into the pool area. Instead, the pool music drowns out the restaurant music and spoils the atmosphere. The pool and beach could also have more shaded areas. Also didn’t like having to put in information every time you have to connect with the Internet.
