Once you’re at the property, it’s very serene with lots of spaces to relax and not too many people. There was good breakfast served in the morning and good AC in the room. The staff we met - a young man and a kind woman - were very hospitable and warm.

We asked about the water in the room beforehand and we were told it was hot but there was no hot water which was disappointing. While the view is nice, there are about 100 stairs from the already steep driveway to get to the rooms in very warm weather. And while this is out of their control, the nearby school was blasting music before 7am making for a bad night of sleep. The price was also very high for the size of the rooms.

Beautiful room, very fresh, view to the mountains and the sea. Ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. Close to stores and mall. Breakfast was ok, and the room was very clean.

Hard to find staff in the night, although is not the hotels fault, it is very noisy, at 6:30 a school in front starts operating so it's very loud, kids shouting and school ring feels like in the room. First 2 nights were very hard thanks to other guests partying, and on the last one, a guy starting chopping wood at 5:30 am!!! So not the best place if you are looking for a quite night. Our clothes and bags got full of ants, I got bitten everywhere and found that they were on the bed.

Very unique and comfortable hotel with amazing views of the ocean and landscape. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Several times ordering me ice and food delivery for my room at night (my Spanish is poor and my cell has data only). My room was beautiful with a a huge balcony and great views. My stay was very comfortable and would stay there again.

that I had to leave early to go back to Cartagena, the hotel really is very unique, definitely one of a kind, they served freshly made breakfast every morning, can't think of any negatives except one taxi refused to drive us up the hill to the entrance of the hotel but that has nothing to do with the hotel

the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view at the beach, city and mountain. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The room was simple but the view was everything. the breakfast was delicious

the location is quite far from the center. However it's 10-15 minutes by taxi. Uber is not fully legal in Santa Marta so not always possible to get one. From the city center is very easy to get a taxi and from the hotel the staff can order for you. But you are not very flexible because most things happen in the center.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Gave us tips for restaurants and beaches worth visiting. The room was bright, had a beautiful seaview, and the aircon worked perfectly.

Internet was really slow and sometimes instable or not available at all. slow, so nothing for people who are depending on fast fiber connection. Beware that the access to the hotel by foot is quite steep. But I guess that's the price for beeing close to the rodadero ground zero but in an very quiet surrounding where you can have a restful sleep.

This is not a fancy place, but I would love to return. Our room was number 12; the views were speechless. Hear the parrots 🦜 during the morning and watch them flying around was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. The walk to our destination during the day, maybe a little taught, but still worthy.

Nothing wrong to say about this place if you like rustic, country and adventures.

The property is a beautiful little paradise. The view was amazing, the rooms are spacious and the aircon is great after a hot day in the Santa Marta sun. The staff were amazing, helped us with anything we needed and ordered us food to eat up on the terrace

It was a lovely property with a fantastic view. Staff were incredibly helpful. It was a short walk to a shopping mall with a food court.

Be aware it’s up a very steep road. Our taxi struggled to go up it but did make it.

The entrance is difficult. You must inform your guests that the hotel is difficult to reach on foot. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
