When I arrived I was greeted and assisted by the front desk staff. Senorita Veronica came from behind the desk and helped with my luggage!Her professionalism and friendly Colombian smile surly helped during my 3 day stay! This hotel was so close to the beach and access to great restaurants and food! I really enjoyed the Carribean Sea view from my 2nd floor room! Music and people on malecon were truly amazing! Colombians were so very kind to me. I am glad I went there.A great place to finish my 14 day Colombian retirement vacation!

They control your A/C when you take your room key out of the wall when you leave your room it turn off your A/C!! 🤷🏼‍♀️👎🏻🤦🏼‍♀️

Nothing really. I tried to stay as much time out of the hotel. I didn't feel comfortable there.

Very loud music all day long. The room furniture is very old. The bathroom is small and not very clean. They don't provide a hand towel or a floor towel. The bathroom window is always open and with no mosquito net, so mosquitoes get in the room. You can hear every person going through the hall because of that open window as well. The area is very noisy. The staff charged me more than they should have on arrival, I feel that I have been scammed.

The bar ia good

The location is good, but they want to charge you with the taxes even when you are a foreigner, very tricky place, isn’t clean we found a cockroach in our room and there’s music the whole Day, the staff is not really helping and you have to pay what they say and are not following the rules of booking .

Was given one towel per person and never changed. Had to purchase pool towels and Toiletries . Music from bar/pool area started at 9am until 4am. Small room and bath.
