good AC in the bedrooms, good breakfast, and amazing staff. the staff makes the place what it is. i like that the hotel has their own activities and includes good tips on how to be safe during vacation. the hotel makes security a priority which was a great peace of mind.

no AC in the lobby and sometimes u have to wait a while to be assisted so it got a bit uncomfortable. the original towels we had were small and smelled funky. but they replaced them with nice ones that were clean so not really a problem. i believe we only had one TV channel so that could improve.

Great location! A few minutes walk from the beach and a nice room - value for money.

There were gaps in the windows as they didn’t fit, so the wind was extremely loud and we had to stuff tissue into the holes. There was also no working wifi for the whole stay - it only worked in reception.

The room and bathroom were old (without maintenance), too small and not comfortable. There was no hot water. Some of the receptionists were not too friendly.

... but it needs a little TLC... it is not as bright and cheery as the pictures, it is quite outdated and scruffy

Location is good, close to the beach, plenty of restaurants. Very central. Breakfast us very simple yet good all things considered

The rooms are really tiny, so are the bathrooms. All seems very old and worn down. No hot water. Old lighting. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours and anyone (even staff) chatting in the corridors in the morning. Really not worth the price considering the rooms, it's not a place I would recommend to spend time apart from a short night sleep

Dirtiness under beds, black mold in the shower, you couldn't throw toilet paper into the toilet' cause it got stuck. Thin curtain didn't prevent sunlight. Glasses of the windows smaller than the window frame. No isolation at all from light and noises. Like sleeping on the street itself. No wardrobes nor security box in the room. Dining room dark and not ventilated. Very bad surroundings, shoulder to shoulder in the street, noisy, dirty, bad quality bars and restaurants. Not value the money we paid for. That place wouldn't be allowed to operate under European standards. Noisy air conditioning. Some bugs on the walls of the room.
