The staff was amazing ! Even before our arrival they gave us all the support we needed, with the car, with the change of the booking because of flight cancelation, with the tours… everything. They were unbelievably helpful. The environment of the property is amazing. The yoga class also amazing (at least the Friday one). The location is perfect.

The noise of other guests. The breakfast is handmade at the moment which is good but we need to wait at least 20 min. The decor the rooms could be more comfortable, nothing important. A little bit expensive, but everything in Santa Teresa is.

The staff were excellent especially Anya super helpful, welcoming & friendly. Great location to the beach and restaurants and the pool area was fab. Also saw some great wildlife like howler monkeys, iguanas and red squirrels

Costa Rica is super expensive - the most expensive developing country we have ever visited! The cost for our accommodation was a lot for what it was but the whole country is expensive so it’s all relative

Beautiful location. Staff was super friendly the ac worked great. S.t. Is insanely overpriced it is more expensive to eat out than in the us- so for the price this was a great find. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Clean pool. Great grounds. Good location.

There is a ton of major, loud construction in the area from sun up (5:30/6am) till past sun down at 6pm all day there are at least 2 major construction sites on each side of the property. Not a problem if you spend all day at the beach but it is loud and will wake you up (as of Dec 2023). It is literally 12 plus hours a day

Everything! The staff was amazing. So sweet and helpful throughout the stay. They are always willing to offer suggestions and help book things. I do not know what people were talking about regarding the breakfast, because it was phenomenal. The place was very clean and each day they provide a cleaning service if you want it.

Absolutely stunning! it’s so peaceful. our room had a little porch outside where we would sit during the peak sun hours to get some shade and just listen to the wildlife around. The bed is very comfortable and shower is incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

No dislikes about the property but the town is nothing special. There is nothing authentic Costa Rica about it. Mostly Canadians, Americans with Açai bowls and expensive sushi restaurants all while on a dirt road that leaves everything dusty and dirty. The only locals are the ones cooking and cleaning the hotel rooms :(

The pool area was gorgeous and lush. The landscaper took such care of the gardens. It was a very quiet stay and no music by the pool. There is a small section of the pool that’s shallow for lounging which is comfortable if you don’t want to actually swim. Breakfast was offered early at 7.

For the price, I had expected filtered water on site. At least a central filtered tap available for guests. There were consistently a steady number of ants in the bathroom. I understand it’s the jungle so these things can happen. It’s a reminder not to keep food in your room. There was a scorpion in the room which the staff took care of right away.

Beautiful property. Feels like you are in the middle of the jungle. Staff friendly. Room clean. Close to town but I had an ATV which helped with the ride up the hill.

The hot water in my room didn’t work. However, I didn’t tell staff until the last day so I cannot blame them for not fixing.

I would say that it is a bang for your buck in Santa Teresa: great location, good breakfast, comfortable room, and an awesome pool to chill out after a day of activities. I would come back to Santa Teresa and stay there, for sure. The staff is cool and you can do much just walking around.

Nothing to complain about. Suggestion: as most of us turn the ac on, I’d suggest putting a covet in the rooms. To be honest, they should have it, I just remember to ask tonight, though, when the reception is already closed.

Super friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable with AC. It felt like a little oasis, a few meters from the beach and the main street, but still quiet and peaceful. The pool was the perfect reward after a long day at the beach. Would definitely come back.

We liked everything about this property. We were lucky enough to check into a poolside studio room. Air con excellent, room a great size, bathroom a great size and plenty of light. Perfect. Annabelle from Argentina made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to deal with. The yoga deck is a fab space also and Carlota the teacher from Madrid was really good.

That we couldnt stay longer😅
