Great location, good sized room, very clean, comfortable beds. Great to have a kitchen and hammock chill area, swimming pool and manicured gardens a real bonus

Lots of bugs got into the room (7 ants in the toilet at one point!) which freaked our daughter out. The pool desperately needs the tiles regrouting or replacing as they are really sharp (we both cut our knees and our daughter cut her toe).

Let's start with the location – it's literally a 2-minute walk from the beach, right in the center of Santa Teresa, a simply perfect location! Moving on to the staff, Rotem and his team are available and helpful with any issue, taking care of every detail, offering advice on anything you need – just ask, and it's all done with a smile and impressive courtesy! The facilities themselves match the price level; there's a lovely pool that my kids didn't want to leave, the room is very comfortable, and there's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. In short, a great place, highly recommended!

We were really impressed as it turned out to be an entire semi-detached house we got, Casa-Avi - the owner, Rotem, is on the other side of the wall and is very accommodating/responsive (we had a situation develop, and he worked tirelessly for over an hour despite having an injury to make things right).

Despite the modern-feeling of the house, it's still in a tropical climate, thankfully it has three AC units. But we still saw occasional ants inside, and even a small lizard on the ceiling downstairs (though that was actually a bit of a treat). The house is overall in pretty good shape. The plumbing however could use some work :-) and the upstairs shower knob for example, just spin freely so it's hard at first to know in what position they were off). It's still an incredible amount of space you get though! I wish we found it sooner as we only came across it when desperate for one more night.

Excellent location near some of the best restaurants and across the street from the beach, and unlike so many other places in town that require a hike up the hill to get there this is just a short, easy walk from the main road. Basic bungalows but have all you need including a fridge, small kitchen, AC and a pool.

Constantly encountered bugs in the bungalow, which perhaps could be expected since we're near tropical rainforest but not sure how they got in because the door was always closed.

Nice and comfortable apartments that are basic but well equipped. Really great to have a kitchen. Nice pool area. Very cute kittens! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. The apartments are set back from the road which is nice as it makes it nice and quiet.

Our 2 bed apartment had no living/dining area. That area had become a bedroom. You could eat outside though.

Location is GREAT! It's near a walking entrance to the beach (less than 10min walk), close to restaurants and supermarket. I dare to say it is impossible to find a better 'Value for money' in this area area Gorgeous gardens and nice pool area to cool down It might sound dumb but A/C is very good, which you can't say for all places

It could do with some TLC/redecoration: a lick of paint here and there, fresher curtains and bedding, small details like that but again, for the price, I wouldn't complain!

Everything about this place is beautiful, nice gardens, the pool was amazing, free coffee in the common area daily, the cabins were very clean and the kitchen had almost everything I needed to make meals. The cats on the property were an added bonus. I would definitely return, such a paradise!

Not a thing. Ok, maybe that I had to buy a spatula, lol.

The staff and owner was great and were very friendly and helpful. We could walk everywhere which was convenient and the rooms were nice and clean. Really appreciated the free coffee by the pool all day long.

Great location (just a few minutes to the closest surf spot and beach, set back enough from the road so that it was relatively quiet), the pool area was great, and loved the covered patio and hammock one each bungalow. Staff were nice an helpful.

The beds varied in comfort, from okay to quite soft with a loud/squeaky bed frame.

Really clean, the rooms were great and it had all the facilities you needed for the kitchen area. The outside space was perfect with the hammock. The swimming pool was so nice and it was a great stay. And we saw a wild Armadillo that lives on the grounds! It's got everything you need. The location is perfect too. Near shops, the beach and ATMs. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back as it's great value for money.

It was quite hard to get hold of reception when we were there. But other than that it was great.
