Absolutely stunning! One of my favorite places. The room was a perfect size and the veranda was as big as the room. We did yoga on it every morning. So nice to have AC and a comfortable bed. Loved the shared kitchen. There are only 4 rooms, all ocean facing, so you hardly see anyone. The pool is beautiful and warm and overlooks the ocean and gives the best sunset. Mini fridge in your room and two shared fridges with freezer in the kitchen area. We saw monkeys on our last day. Keep your peeled on the moving trees, you'll spot them! The owner and housekeeper are lovely. I'd highly recommend staying here if near Santa Teresa. The road is steep to get to the place but doable. So nice to be away from the dusty, busy roads of Santa Teresa. I would never stay right in town. Drive north to Manzanilla beach. Quiet and not too many people.

We enjoyed one week in Vista Naranja Ocean View. If you are seeking a peaceful place in the greenery with the best view on Pacific and humpback whales jumping out of water, howling monkeys in tree branches and birds singing, you are in right place. Rooms are super clean, so is infinity pool. We had an apartement with an open kichen. Fully equipped. The host Marco was super nice. Just a few minutes down the hill, there is a town of Santa Teresa (5min) where the action is. The beach of Hermosa is great. Surfers and sun seekers. No loud music, no scooters or jets... Just warm ocean, waves, sand, shadow, and coconuts...

The terrace and view from it is amazing 🤩 the terrace at sunset was one of the highlights of our trip in CR. It was a big, clean, taken care apartment. It has a parking space, pool, separate kitchen for cooking and a common area.

It is not a dislike from us, but if you have a regular car the access could be difficult, especially after the rain. The property is probably designed for surfers, so if you expect some regular tips for a touristy activities, forget it ;)

I loved the serenity here. Away from the hustle bustle of the main drag and high up on the hill, the view is everything here. I spent most of my time in sync with the sunrise and sunset either from the beautiful personal balcony or from the infinity pool or from the open-air kitchen/dining veranda. There are not many units so you don't have the hotel feeling at all, it feels more like small apartments where you see the same handful of folks everyday, and you can cook and eat together if you wish. Kitchen has everything you need. It's super quiet here, I shifted into a more peaceful grounded mental state here. Lots of monkeys and bird life to keep you entertained. Really enjoyed Marcos, he was informative and helpful. The rooms are emaculate, and the beds very comfortable. Spacious bathroom, also very clean. Probably spent 90% of my time chilling on the huge balcony that comes complete with a futon!

This is only a negative if you see it as such. It's quite a walk up the hill if you're doing it in the heat of the sun. You'll need to grab some groceries from the store at the main road and haul it up. The reward is complete peace and quiet. Only thing is, if you do go into town at night, it's not generally advised to walk home as a solo female, so I took a taxi. That cost me $20 which is crazy for how short a ride it was. Marcos advised to always ask the price before getting in the taxi and that that ride should have cost more like $8.

It was an oasis of calm, we stayed for 15 nights and it was a joy to come back to in evenings. Staff were very friendly and kept everything spotlessly clean. We probably saw as much wildlife from their swimming pool than we did in Monteverde! If visiting Santa Teresa again we would definitely stay here.

Absolutely nothing!

The view from the rooms and the pool area are absolutely stunning, especially for sunset. The rooms are nice and big as well as the private terrace. We heard some Howler Monkeys.

We managed to get up and down, just be aware the road going up to the place is quite steep and has potholes (often the case in Costa Rica) - I would recommend having a SUV or 4x4.

The hotel has one of the best views I've had in a hotel balcony, you get an amazing sunset. The swimming pool also has an amazing view and is really nice and secluded. The kitchen facilities were really useful. The room was a good-sized room with a fridge and good air con.

It's located at a top of a hill so can be hard to get to unless you have a vehicle, would recommend renting a quad as it will make it easier.

Exceptional view with a spacious private balcony and an infinity pool looking into the sunset. The property is clean and well maitained. It's far enough away from the road to escape traffic noise but high enough that you can still hear the ocean. The road leading up to it is fine - I did it in a Nissan Kicks.

The house is very comfortable, with a breathtaking view, a good kitchen, nice swimming pool, and absolute opportunity to relax. Definitely recommended. The best thing you can do - buy your groceries shared, and stay the whole day at the property, just read a book, listen to music, relax, and swim in the swimming pool. Pura Vida

You will read it in all other reviews - the location. It is on top of the hill and a natural road made of soil and rocks. Which is normal. You can walk up and down, but better to have ATV or a car. But without it is also absolutely fine. It is doable walk to the beach

Our stay at Vista Naranja was perfect! We really enjoyed the view and the pool. It’s very calm but still very close to Santa Teresa. You can prepare meals at the huge kitchen. There is even a daily cleaning service.
