The location is very nice and quiet, among pine trees, the apartment was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. The personnel was super helpful and nice. We liked that we could have breakfast at the “sister-hotel” Arena Holiday (15 eur/adult, kids meal was free), as well as free access to their pool and their kids playroom+activities.

Unfortunately the AC in one of our rooms was not working properly and was also full of dust and mould. The staff was very operative and cleaned it immediately, but they couldn’t fix the other problem, so they offered us another room. The furniture was outdated, the sofa bed’s mechanism seemed broken, but we could sleep on it.

Good location - close to the beach, great the pool at the nearby hotel was available for us. I felt safe about my child in the resort, as there were no cars allowed in the area (there was a separate parking lot), so kids could play and run safely. For the family of three the apartment was spacious. Also nice terrace.

Maybe the apartments could be a bit more clearer, but that's just a minor comment

The apartment had everything that our family needed. Also, we were happy to use facilities (mainly, pool) of a Holiday hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is close to the beach, bus stop, cafes, etc. I hope we will be back.

The air conditioner was very loud but worked well. The hotel could suggest renting some beach equipment. Some products like salt, sugar, tea, or coffee sticks would be good for the first days would be good to have, either.

- More space than expected inside - Fully equipt kitchen - The spacy balcony - The surrounding park was nice, especially the smell of the trees - The resort has no pool, but we were allowed to use the hotel's one - My girlfriend became sick over night on our last day. The hotel managed to give us access to a room, even though the hotel was pretty much fully booked. It was much appreciated. Thank You!

Uncomfortable couch (in living room) - I think there should be 2nd normal bed instead , And also there was complicated online check-in - first time I had to complete so many informations online , - and when we came, it turned out there's reception in the nearby hotel- I think it should be also not-online check in possible there

A nice place and environment. Not far from the beach and everywhere you want to go around medulin. I cannot complain much.

Well our AC in our room is sometimes loud and water sometimes comes out of the Maschine. It drops directly on my face on the bed and I was sleeping. I was shocked.

Buildings are placed in quiet place. To the beach 5 minutes of walk. WiFi is quick and stable which was perfect for us. TV has full of programs. It is also nice for children - there is playground in the middle of an area. Cleaning service is perfect. Many cafes around.

A bit confused how the gates are opened. There is a green notification on a road inside which is hardly visible. Better to place a sign in the gate itself. It is also a problem if you want to go out the gates without the car - there is no card reader from inner side of hotel area. My son put his hand between the fence and gates to open it (bcz reader outside). Luckily he managed to take it out. Can't imaging what could happen.

We spent 5 days at apartment with children at ages 4 and 7. Everything was according to description we read on host's guides. Location is very good, close to centre and beach. During our visit there was very quiet. Without any loudly noises caused by environment or other visitors. Apartment was clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable, air conditioners were placed at both rooms. Kitchenette was equipped according our needs. Terrace was very nice.

Only one point for improvement is the small sofa at living room. It is very used, maybe it is near of it's life time.

Very nice apartment complex, at the edge of the town, but close to the city center, 5 mins walk from the sea. Very nice garden/park, calm. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a spacious terrace. Enough space with shade for parking.

The kitchen could be supplied with more diverse tableware, for example musli bowls or sharp knives. For us it was perfectly fine as we didn’t have to cook.

Really close the beach, apartman was clear and nice. Climate machine and kitchen were good equiped. The apartman size just enough for four people, but the bed wasn't so good.
