Very clean apartment with good view. Great showers and lovely balcony. Very peaceful and lovely staff. Close to lovely beaches and lots to do

The apartment had no tea towels for wiping up washing up and I had to ask at reception for cloths to wipe dirty dishes and none were provided. Kitchen needs more utensils as no spatula for cooking which made making breakfast challenging. The shop ran out of still water early on, on one of the hottest days which was not very good as water is essential when it’s so hot outside. You could use the facilities at both resort del mar and residence del mar. We preferred the swimming pool at resort del mar. It has a lovely view over the sea. Our rooms were spacious and great for a family as there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. There are some lovely walks to different beaches. All staff were lovely

The swimming pool at residence del mar had some broken holes in a section where the water drains too. You don’t swim in this part, but I was concerned children would be intrigued with this and try and stick their hands down it. There was no oven or toaster in the apartment. Only a microwave and a top stove. However, we mostly eat out apart from breakfast

The apartment was very clean and big in size. The apartment has all the necessary equipment like dish soap, shower soaps, hair dryer, etc. Hotel staff that greeted us at the reception and, in general, are very polite and accommodating.

We stayed att the apartment area (we did not know that Del Mar has apartments behind the main hotel as we booked last minute and missed that information) which was a bit further away up hill from the hotel so we didn't really use the hotel pool, gym, restaurant etc as it was easier to just drive somewhere else. Poor internet connection was also something that was noticeable, unfortunately. We did try the breakfast on our first day that I would not recommend because it is not worth it (dry pastries and poor choice).

All in all, good place. Refurbished and new, nice position. Swimming pull was extremely crowded, one person in a shop needs to learn what customer service means - preaty rude and used a swear words as he thought that we didn't understand Croatian language, but it didn't spoil our holiday.

Majority of great activities were organised from other resorts/ places. It needs stronger activity options.

The rooms were clean, including the porch area outside our room. The Residence area apartments weren't far from the main resort, so it was an easy and pleasant walk. We like that there is a game room and a little market available. Air conditioning is always great, and the Netflix access was helpful for late-night non-sleepers. The friendly, multi-lingual staff makes it easy to communicate!

A few people in our group (not everyone) had difficulty sleeping both nights we were there. It seems the beds were comfy for some, but not all.

This place is amazing. The kitchen has everything you might need, they even provide washing up liquid for the dishes. The 2-bedroom apartment is massive, it has 2 bathrooms too! The place is very clean and they provide fresh towes and everything necessary. There is a beach 2 mins away with very calm waters and they also have a great pool. The place is also only a 10-15 min drive away from the national park Premantura, with some amazing beaches and cliff jumping places. It's also a 10 min drive from Pula town centre. Overall perfect location and accommodation!

The large separate pool for the superior apartments is excellent, without crowds. Excellent hard beds and two toilets in the apartment, ideal for a family with two children. Nice view of the sea, next to the olive grove. Really good apartment.

We have never experienced anywhere that check out is until 9:30. One of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly, while the others were good...they also fixed the problem with the TV programs. Smoking and late conversations after midnight on the neighboring balcony were disturbing. Overpriced breakfast

Lovely setting above a bay. Clean comfortable apartment with the smaller swimming pool right outside our door. The large pool is nice but gets very busy. Breakfast is nice though fairly expensive. The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Beach activities are fun.

Supermarket at the site is ok but fairly small and really expensive.

The spacious accommodation, the furnishing of the rooms and cleanliness was great. The location and the amenities were good. The check-in was quick. The restaurant was nice.

The Parking for the Residence superior could have the CCTV monitoring and some trees to bring some shade during the hot days. The ice cream parlor was not good at all and tasted worse than the packaged ones.

Massage options, restaurant, room equipment (just sharpen the knives :) ).

Reservation of sunbeds by the pool for the whole day, especially by the small pool, often left us with nowhere to lie down even though there was nobody in the pool or on the sunbeds. We were also bothered by smoking by the pool.
