We booked a Sea View 1 bedroom Apartment for 7 nights. Extremely clean and housekeeping everyday if you required. The view is superb, Hawaii Beach has the most turquoise sea. The apartment has everything you need and we ate out at the local restaurants. The on-site supermarket is handy and just under a ten minute walk. The 3A bus takes you into Pula Centre, again a ten minute walk to the bus stop and it’s a short journey for €1.50 each on the bus, each way, to the Amphitheatre and the main attractions in Central Pula. The airport is about a twenty minute journey and we used Pula Taxi Transfer and it cost us €30.00 each way. Communication with the staff at Arena Verudela was superb. We paid on arrival, no extra deposits or pre-authorisations, easy check in and check out. You will be given a map of the complex on arrival which was useful and we were taken to our apartment by the on-site Golf Car. WiFi was good and we were also able to use our 5G at no extra cost with O2.

I’m so happy that we chose this hotel! Check in process was super easy and fast, staff delivered our luggage right to our apartment, and staff is super friendly and helpful. The view , the location, apartment everything was just perfect! Two nice beaches nearby , Verudella and Hawaii, pula aquarium 5 min from the apartment, nice restaurant with local food is very good (the one that close to the burger bar and main building)

Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, like at 8 am , they are yelling and moving stuff in the apartments nearby and you can hear every word. Also one night I called because of the noisy neighbours, but no one came to sort it out, and I was forced to do it myself.

Landscape, Rocky cliffs to spend a marvelous day at the sea in the sun, and the spot was just 10 to 15 meters from our apartment come on plenty of nice restaurants around, supermarket, café Illy with good sandwiches for breakfast, worth its money. We had a specific request which was easily fulfilled and made our stay even more beautiful.

The property itself doesn’t have anything to complain about. At Illy café unfortunately sandwiches were once almost sold out and the other day they didn’t have any at all. Well, happens everywhere once in a while , hence not that big of a problem.

The whole resort is beautiful, and you can find everything there. We enjoyed not having to get into the car for a whole week, only to do groceries (although there is even a grocery store there, we just wanted to find a bigger and cheaper one). We really loved the sea view from our apartment. We were there with a dog and one of the dog beaches was quite nice to spend the day there (next to the light house).

We did go around quite a lot to look for beaches on the resort, and the more secluded rocky / shadowy spots (e.g near the other dog beach) had a lot garbage around - so we had to avoid those as it wasn’t nice and also dangerous for our dog (e.g. used tampons, beer cans, other trash).

We had a wonderful sea view apartment, which was very clean and right by Hawaii beach. There are loads of different beaches within a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants. The pool area was very clean and had an amazing view over the sea. I would definitely recommend this resort for families.

I didn’t realize how large the resort was until we checked in. The reception is right by the strip of shops and kids entertainment, if you don’t want to be surrounded by people and kids entertainment noise ask for accommodation away from this area.

Apartments were nice, all the necessary kitchen equipment was there, all in all a comfortable well arranged place.

We were 4 people staying, which we pointed to cleaning staff several times and still every time they took ''excess towels'' away and we were left with three towels for four people. Also for our last night the cleaning staff did not bring toilet paper (we had to go and ask the neighbours to help us out at night) and we had no shower gel and no paper towels left at all. The reception though were always very helpful and attentive.

The location is like in a big campus, there are many hotels and villas located here, tennis courts and an aquarium. You can easily spend the whole day just at campus, even if you don’t go to the beach. To Pula you need to take a car/bus. The room was nice, we had a balcony but it is located on a ground floor so it was not a problem for the baby stroller. They changed our sheets 2 days in a row, since our toddler forgot to pee in the toilet. There are toiletries in the bathroom, fresh towels every day. Tv in the bedroom and living room. Staff is very nice and catered to our needs right away.

No dish soap in the kitchen.

Wonderful surrounding, view to the see, big nice park, gratis big pools with see water, excellent breakfast, helpful staff at the reception and everywhere in the property. The boss at the reception solves every problem, fulfills all the queries of the guests. One feels, that everything is for his or her pleasure here.

We arrived late at night, it was not so easy to find our room in the huge park. Some guide tables could be useful with the names of the houses (f.eks. showing the name, distance and the direction to the house in every crossroad. That's a pity that the the pools are not heated at all- could make the holiday season longer.

The villas are located in the woods. It was quiet. We had a sea view from our apartment. Nice furnitured and equipped with necessary appliances. Illy espresso machine with capsules makes a very good coffee. We found 2 capsules at our arrival and we had to buy for the rest of our stay. Close restaurants with good food. The Verudela canion is very nice and it was worth the struggle to get there. We saw a lot of colourful fish and the water wasn't cold.

1. The Hawai beach near the villa was very crowded, but you can walk toward the Verudela canion on the coast sidewalk and find some quiet spots to put your towel. 2. The bed cover, under the sheet. We removed it after 2 nights.

Beautiful location ! Gorgeous landscape , very clean , great nature . Excellent atmosphere. Staff very professional and super friendly. Pets welcome. Some beaches are dogs friendly so you can enjoy the sea with your dog . Appartment modern, very clean and in front of the sea . Can’t be more perfect ! All restaurants in the area are excellent. There are a lot of children activities but you have to pay extra such us kayak, aqua park, etc. Great spa ,fitness and restaurant in the Brioni Hotel just few minutes walking . You can also visit the city of Pula . I highly recommend this place for a family . We will definitely come back !

Hawai beach is beautiful but very small so it’s always very crowded so not easy to find a good spot as it is public so you have people from the hotels plus people coming from outside the hotel . Swimming pool very crowded as well but it is expected as it is high summer season so it’s normal .
