Excellent location, nice pool, not too crowded, especially in the early afternoon. The hotel offers an exceptional breakfast buffet with a large selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool bar, it also had numerous food options and good cocktails. We participated on some of the activities offered by the hotel

Our room had a garden view in the Marina wing, which was nice, but nights, usually until 22:30, it was pretty noisy from the nearby restaurant or the shows on the main square. If we were to come back we would definitely get a room with a sea view.

Great walking paths. We liked the lady at the tour, next to car rental was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. She booked a tour for us at the very last minute. Cleaning lady for our room and the man who replaced the room’s refrigerator were very professional.

1. Parking was always very difficult, every day. 2. Phone guest services lady told me to use the bottom floor’s refrigerator, not knowing that this place was closed. I had called about the room’s refrigerator not working. 3. Latch to our front door was missing two screws. 4. Dinner was a madhouse- it was not organized. Nowhere to sit. Maybe offer two sets of times, for people to choose. This way not as busy.

Hello! We are very glad that chose the Park Plaza hotel. We were only a couple of nights. August 2025 The hotel has been renovated, clean, modern interior design, the hotel complex is immersed in the green of exotic plants and trees. Everything was at the highest level. 10 out of 10 - friendly staff, they speak English and German at the reception, a luxurious view of the sea, perfect cleanliness both in the rooms and throughout the territory. Buffet table above all praises - for every taste. Entertainment program every evening. It would be an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely recommend to our friends. Thank you very much for the high level of service and a great vacation.! with best wishes !

The breakfast choice was exceptional and there was so much choice. The staff were all very friendly. Loved that the hotel provided pool and spa towels! The views from the hotel were stunning!

We had the most brilliant stay but I wish the hotel would do something in regard to the sunbed situation around the pool and grounds. People put their towels on the sunbeds and we witnessed situations where they did not come back for up to 4 hours later. This is just not fair and should not be allowed. Also it was extremely hot when we went and there were not enough parasols and some of the sunbeds were broken and needed to be replaced. Also there is a fab inside pool but the glass doors linking to the outside space was locked. On extremely hot days why can these not be open to get respite from the heat.

The hotel consists of a large complex with a very large hotel building and several blocks of hotel rooms and apartments. Pools are spread over the grounds. We had a superior room with balcony. Room was modern and functional, bathroom with glass sliding door. All sufficiently large and clean. The front desk staff was very attentive to our needs. There are tennis courts, padel ball, and other ball sport courts. The beach is clean, but rocky.

Far from the city. Facilities - Gym, spa, pool, etc are located in a different build. You have to walk outside to get to the various buildings.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice, the terrace, the view, it's clean, the bed is comfortable, plus about the room is that it has a smart TV. The breakfast is really varied, from savory to sweet, there are healthier options and not so healthy options, everything you need really. Parking is free but its usually crowded. All in all, a very nice hotel, everything is of high quality, the employees were all kind to us.

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers which is breakfast and the pool (which is always crowded) and the spa. Sunbeds on the hotel beach are paid daily for 28 euros for one set. It would be very nice if only they were included in the price, in that case I wouldn't have any objections. Also, first we got the room in the Marina wing, which is not part of the original hotel, the rooms are the same but its just not the same building so we had to pay extra 100 euros to get a normal room in already paid hotel.

I highly recommend the hotel. The room with a view was absolutely fantastic – waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was a dream come true. The food was extremely delicious, offering a variety of dishes that were both fresh and flavorful, especially the sea food. The wellness area, complete with a saltwater swimming pool, was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the experience even more special was the nearby mini canyon—a unique place to explore and enjoy nature. Additionally, the on-site aquarium provided an exciting opportunity to learn more about marine life. One of my favorite activities was taking long walks along the beach. It was so serene and peaceful, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Had many of options. But the Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lobby bar staff were fantastic and not just to me. The way they interacted with all customers and each other was professional but personally tailored. That is true hospitality: adjusting to the individual needs and wants of each customer. As I told the GM when I bumped into him on my way out, Liza, Marino and Darko were fantastic. Great caipirinhas.

As with almost every large resort, some areas seem a bit neglected. Hard to manage maintenance and upkeep on a place that big. Also, I was happy to hear that the Yacht Club Restaurant is not run by Radisson. Never got to get the lamb chops because I walked out. I used to manage restaurants, including one for Radisson and when you walk in and no one acknowledges you and then point to a table that hasn’t been cleaned… that should signal… leave. So I did. Remember, most people will just assume it is a Radisson restaurant. They need a proper manager.

Our room had a garden view, wonderful palm tree was providing privacy in front of our balcony. Staff was kind, check in and out was smooth. The room was spacious, well equipped, The breakfast and dinner was beyond any imagination-the variety was crazy good and everything was delicious. There is a small supermarket nearby, and a full street of restaurants within the hotel complex.

The poolside has limited capacity for sunbeds,

Truly an exceptional hotel, a bit like hotels used to be in the good old days with an abundance of helpful & cheerful staff. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meals were out of this world. The choice and quality of the food was unbeatable. We also paid a little extra for a room with a wonderful sea view and private balcony.

These are all minor issues as the hotel and holiday was definitely 10/10. Pool too small for the size of the hotel, had sun beds well away from the pool. Car parking difficult when the hotel was busy. Smoking by guests in outside but public areas. Late night (4 am) off key loud singing by Conference guests.
