This hotel has 5* service, staff and facilities. The room is spacious and it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. Breakfast is truly exceptional. We highly recommend also the restaurant - what a service and presentation! The location is also very good - very close to nice beaches, a big mall and at a walking distance to the city center. Also, free and covered parking is a huge plus as well. We should also mention how impressive the cleanliness of the room is and we had one of the best smelling towels ever! We will come back!

There are just some small things that could be improved: the elevator does not descent to the parking, so you need to carry your luggage using some flights of stairs to the reception (it was ok for us, but not great for older people); in the shower there should be a special place for the shower gel and the shampoo, not to have to leave them on the floor; and the small soap strangely does not wash off with water, even after insisting.

Nice location and beautiful room. Staff very nice. Great breakfast, they even packed us a lunch for our second day when we left early to catch a ferry to Venice.

The air-conditioner did not work so the room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature. The front desk person came up and said "I can feel air coming out" - neither my husband nor I could. The drain in the shower did not work and we ended up flooding the entire bathroom.

The staff was so nice and friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was large and beautiful and we had an end room facing the forest. The large windows were able to be opened fully which made us feel somewhere other than in the city. The restaurant was great and the breakfast had everything you could want and more. The location is great to go to a couple of beaches and the hotel supplied beach towels. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pula.

The only negative would be having to carry your luggage from the parking area up to the reception.

Hotel recently renovated, very elegant modern style, clean and impressive decor. Staff was very knowledgible and friendly. They unexpectedly upgraded us to a suite, which was fabulous1

The elevator does not go down to the garage level - you must sso, k staff to take your bags down the service elevator. Also in the suite, the all-glass shower enclosure does not include any shelf, hook or other arrangement to place shampoo, soap, etc - it all goes on the floor. We informed staff of our suggestion to add this to the shower.

Hotel overall and rooms were very nicely furnished and with very good taste. Staff were very helpful and always very responsive. Breakfast was very good (both salty and sweet). We also tried the restaurant and food was very good, highly recommended. Both room price and restaurant were very good value for money.

There was no easy access from the parking to the hotel lobby or restaurant - no elevator, but only a secondary external way; there is a secondary road that we took after staff had indicated it to us.

Everything ,clean rooms,amazing staff from reception to the kitchen. Different options for breakfast, including my favourite strudel 🥰🥰🥰location great,peaceful and close to city centre, shoping and beach.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff was so helpful. The accommodation and breakfast were superb. Also a bonus is the convenient parking and easy access to beautiful walking paths. Pula is a delightful historical city to visit and we can't wait to return to Hotel Milan next year.

Breakfast was excellent in their lovely dining room. Room was very modern and nicely furnished. Bed very comfortable.

It was quite a way from ferry and a bit out of town for sightseeing, but the bus line 1 stops very close to hotel and takes you back into town. Ideal if you have a car. Taxi driver charged us 20 Euros from ferry which was between 2km and 3km. Buyer beware!

Underground parking away from the hot sun! Clean and modern design with a lot of vegetation around the hotel which makes it more fresh on a hot day. Polite and official staff.

The grilled Brancin fish I ordered for lunch was under-grilled and a bit raw. I never had the experience of someone under-grilling a fish before so it was a bit disappointing in such a nice hotel.

The location of the hotel is somewhat eccentric with regard to the center. A big advantage of the hotel is the covered and spacious garage, unfortunately, I could not find an elevator from the garage to the reception and to the hotel. The room was spacious enough, clean and functionally furnished. The bathroom was spacious, clean, the accessories in it a bit modest. The staff was very helpful and operative. The breakfast was very good and varied.
