This place is of great value! We stayed here for 3 nights and were more than happy to find this place. Although the hotel itself is great, the room was modern and beautiful, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was amazing, the pool was clean and refreshing (I could go on forever with the complements to the facility), I have to say that the major complement must be given to the staff of this Hotel. They made our stay outstanding. They really worked hard to make us feel welcome and at home. Specially Milos, who went really the extra mile to help us with our special requests 😁 First: we arrived early and since the hotel knew it in advance, he arranged the preparation of our room so that we did not have to wait. Second: he shared with us tips about Pula, like attractions, restaurants, beaches, etc, that happened to be very helpful and made our trip more attractive. Third: he helped us with our bikes when we had to pack them for our return trip. Fourth: we could not help to notice that he does his job with lots of dedication. Despite the heat, he was always willing to help. In general, he was always very attentive and polite, making sure that we feel much more than welcome here. The only things that I did not like about this place, is that we were spoiled here and that we had to leave 😄🫶

We had an excellent week at this amazing hotel, which offers great rooms and a lovely patio for breakfast. We enjoyed delicious à la carte breakfast meals for €8. The hotel is in a great location, only a 10-minute walk from the Arena and the center of Pula, which was very convenient since we didn’t need to drive to explore the city. There are also nearby markets where you can easily find any groceries you might need. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the amazing staff, who work tirelessly to keep everything clean and make guests feel as comfortable as possible—especially Milos, who was a wonderful host. You can expect the warmest welcome, along with fantastic advice and recommendations on where to go, what to see, the best drinks and restaurants, and everything else you might find interesting. A big thanks to Milos and the rest of the staff for making our stay truly wonderful!

Hard to find a complaint

We had a wonderful week at Monvidal by Bura Hotels. The room was comfortable with a lovely balcony, great air-conditioning and bathroom. We had breakfast most mornings in the gorgeous courtyard which, although not included in the roommate, was good value for money with plenty of choice. We loved the pool area and found it very relaxing with lots of shade on a hot day. The standout element, however, is the staff. Milos, Luka, Nadja and all the team are amazing. They work so hard to make their guests comfortable and nothing is too much trouble. Their care and attention started before the holiday with fantastic information and advice from Milos - including some excellent restaurant recommendations - and continued throughout our stay. We could not praise the team highly enough and look forward to visiting again.

We liked everything but would have liked a few more sockets in the room.

Very well located in a residential area at a 5 min walk from the old town. You can park your car for free in front of the hotel, leave it there and avoid expensive parking costs in the town center. The manager Milos and his team were very helpful. Milos provided us with many insider tips for excursions, restaurants and bars , which a regular tourist would not have known. He definitely added a surplus to our stay and we want to thank him for that. Breakfast was tasty. Even though you have to pay extra for it, you can have breakfast for +/- 12 euro a person if you make a good selection.

Given the fairly high price, I would have expected a room in a perfect condition without plaster coming off the wall in the bathroom. The door towards the little terrace has no curtain. Given the high room rate, pool towels should be without an extra charge of 5 euro.

The staff at this location were absolutely phenomenal. A big shout out to Milos who was the best. Friendly and kind approach. Whether that is working the bar, breakfast service, reception or pool side service. He is a credit to himself and hotel. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk from the main city arena in a quiet part of the city. There are two pools, small and the right size for a hotel this size. The range when it comes to breakfast options were vast using the best use of a great quality ingredients. Is it a bit more expensive than most places in the city? Probably. But, quality like this isn’t that expensive.

The room we stayed could do with a bit of soundproofing. You could hear the shower in the room above when on which sounded like a kettle boiling.

Fantastic little hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Met by Milos on the desk, what an asset he is to this business, charming, helpful, professional, welcoming, friendly. he made us feel instantly at home and instantly on holiday. We arrived on an extremely early flight and I had informed the hotel in advance hoping we could drop our suitcases off. Better than that, because of my request they had our room ready for us when we arrived at 9.30am which was so helpful. Loved it here, would highly recommend. Easy 10 minute walk to the amphitheatre, further 5 minute beautiful stroll into the center of the historic town of Pula. A little gem of a hotel.

The staff and facilities are excellent. Beautiful pool and garden. A la carte breakfast very tasty. Complimentary water to keep you hydrated - refilled all day if you sit at the tempting pool. The reception and waiting staff - Sofia and the lovely milos were exceptional. Milos went out of the way with recommends for restaurants, booking them and helping us with onward travel.. Nothing was too much trouble. Great standard of cleanliness - the house keepers were friendly and did not disturb you.

It would be standard practice to offer pool towels instead of expecting guests to provide their own. Also perhaps offer a set breakfast as well as a la carte. But the food was lovely and healthy.

100% recommend this property, fantastic value for money. Miloš and Taissa are angels, they went above and beyond for all the guests. They could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I was genuinely upset when we had to leave and say goodbye. Loved the room, incredibly modern and luxurious. Loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas. It was lovely and private, very quiet area which was great for us as adults with no children. Drinks from the bar were delicious, would recommend the Terranino Spritz! Will be coming back here the next time I visit Pula.

I absolutely loved this place. Our room was just by the pool which was easy access to the toilet in the room as we were by the pool all day. And you could pop in for some cool. The bar staff brought you drinks and we even got a wee Croatian drink complementary. On the day of leaving the staff brought us towels and shampoo for changing before the airport as we were already checked out. Superb friendly attentive staff. A magical place!

Nothing at all!

Quiet and good location for town centre, free parking. Close to Rovinj, the National Park and Venice for day trips which was great. Pula itself also nice but not much beach-wise. Pools not too busy and very clean, comfortable loungers and umbrellas available. Bedroom was comfortable and quiet, aircon worked well. Nice to have a safe and fridge available. Mostly spotless throughout. Milas particularly provided amazing service making sure we are comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

It’s 90% of where it could be! When we arrived we were told within minutes our stay is too long for Pula which really wasn’t nice. I can only imagine it was coming from a good place and the lady gave us recommendations as to where we could go for day trips, but we mostly wanted to relax in peace by the pool so it felt rude. Kettles and/ or coffee machines in the room would be appreciated. And maybe an honesty bar rather than a full-on one all day. Pool towels would also be nice so guests aren’t using the room towels and maybe a few more umbrellas. The pictures of the lady on the wall in rooms really not classy. There are so many beautiful views and local places that could be there instead. Bathroom - the small shower could have a regulated height!
