This place is of great value! We stayed here for 3 nights and were more than happy to find this place. Although the hotel itself is great, the room was modern and beautiful, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was amazing, the pool was clean and refreshing (I could go on forever with the complements to the facility), I have to say that the major complement must be given to the staff of this Hotel. They made our stay outstanding. They really worked hard to make us feel welcome and at home. Specially Milos, who went really the extra mile to help us with our special requests 😁 First: we arrived early and since the hotel knew it in advance, he arranged the preparation of our room so that we did not have to wait. Second: he shared with us tips about Pula, like attractions, restaurants, beaches, etc, that happened to be very helpful and made our trip more attractive. Third: he helped us with our bikes when we had to pack them for our return trip. Fourth: we could not help to notice that he does his job with lots of dedication. Despite the heat, he was always willing to help. In general, he was always very attentive and polite, making sure that we feel much more than welcome here. The only things that I did not like about this place, is that we were spoiled here and that we had to leave 😄🫶

Fantastic little hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Met by Milos on the desk, what an asset he is to this business, charming, helpful, professional, welcoming, friendly. he made us feel instantly at home and instantly on holiday. We arrived on an extremely early flight and I had informed the hotel in advance hoping we could drop our suitcases off. Better than that, because of my request they had our room ready for us when we arrived at 9.30am which was so helpful. Loved it here, would highly recommend. Easy 10 minute walk to the amphitheatre, further 5 minute beautiful stroll into the center of the historic town of Pula. A little gem of a hotel.

The staff and facilities are excellent. Beautiful pool and garden. A la carte breakfast very tasty. Complimentary water to keep you hydrated - refilled all day if you sit at the tempting pool. The reception and waiting staff - Sofia and the lovely milos were exceptional. Milos went out of the way with recommends for restaurants, booking them and helping us with onward travel.. Nothing was too much trouble. Great standard of cleanliness - the house keepers were friendly and did not disturb you.

It would be standard practice to offer pool towels instead of expecting guests to provide their own. Also perhaps offer a set breakfast as well as a la carte. But the food was lovely and healthy.

100% recommend this property, fantastic value for money. Miloš and Taissa are angels, they went above and beyond for all the guests. They could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I was genuinely upset when we had to leave and say goodbye. Loved the room, incredibly modern and luxurious. Loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas. It was lovely and private, very quiet area which was great for us as adults with no children. Drinks from the bar were delicious, would recommend the Terranino Spritz! Will be coming back here the next time I visit Pula.

I absolutely loved this place. Our room was just by the pool which was easy access to the toilet in the room as we were by the pool all day. And you could pop in for some cool. The bar staff brought you drinks and we even got a wee Croatian drink complementary. On the day of leaving the staff brought us towels and shampoo for changing before the airport as we were already checked out. Superb friendly attentive staff. A magical place!

Quiet and good location for town centre, free parking. Close to Rovinj, the National Park and Venice for day trips which was great. Pula itself also nice but not much beach-wise. Pools not too busy and very clean, comfortable loungers and umbrellas available. Bedroom was comfortable and quiet, aircon worked well. Nice to have a safe and fridge available. Mostly spotless throughout. Milas particularly provided amazing service making sure we are comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

It’s 90% of where it could be! When we arrived we were told within minutes our stay is too long for Pula which really wasn’t nice. I can only imagine it was coming from a good place and the lady gave us recommendations as to where we could go for day trips, but we mostly wanted to relax in peace by the pool so it felt rude. Kettles and/ or coffee machines in the room would be appreciated. And maybe an honesty bar rather than a full-on one all day. Pool towels would also be nice so guests aren’t using the room towels and maybe a few more umbrellas. The pictures of the lady on the wall in rooms really not classy. There are so many beautiful views and local places that could be there instead. Bathroom - the small shower could have a regulated height!

Perfect and luxurious hotel close to the centre of Pula. Rooms are spacious, ours had a little balcony/terrace overlooking and giving access to the swimming pool. Personnel was super helpful, especially a young man named Milos, helping us with our bags, remembering what we liked for breakfast (which was very good), and giving plenty of tips and advice for visiting Pula. It is easy to walk down to the town center via the Arena, and even back up (as it is on a hill). Taking an uber is a good alternative. There was space to park our car just outside if the residence.

The water in the shower wasn't always as warm (or rather hot) as we would have liked it. Breakfast wasn't included - I am not sure if there even was a booking option that did.

The two young men running the hotel were outstanding: very friendly and extremely helpful, our room was upgraded on arrival, they brought fresh fruit to us at the pool, they helped us out with luggage storage and taxi. They are doing a terrific job! The hotel is modern, attractive, relaxed. You can sit outside for breakfast and one of the pools is a decent size for swimming.

Nothing really. The hotel is not in the Pula centre but a 10 minute walk out - this wasn't a problem.

Best service we have experienced in all our years! Fantastic and personal service by Milos and staff! From the first contact when we booked the room until we checked out. They have created a very charming and relaxing place with pools, decor, plants in different sections. Willingness to help was amazing, we mentioned at breakfast that our rental car had been canceled when we landed and now everything was fully booked. Milos asked us to wait, he would call around when he finished serving breakfast, by lunch everything was ready with a new rental car at a favorable price.

Staff, especially Milos, were amazing. Milos is probably the best host we've ever had :) Location is great - 10 minute walk to Arena. 2 pools are available at the property and they are nice

Breakfast is available to order from the menu at the bar and it's a huge disappointment that, for example, for the price of 8 euro you get 2 fried eggs with a half of cherry tomato and 2 slices of cucumber just for a decoration. If you charge 8 euros for eggs, serve me a proper meal and not 2 fried eggs with random tomato decoration like we are in the 1986!! For a reference, in other hotels of this price range you pay breakfast 20-25 euros per person, but you have a whole buffet available. I am from Croatia, and I feel ashamed and angry. People are not stupid, and some of these hotel owners should FINALLY be aware of this.
