100% recommend this property, fantastic value for money. Miloš and Taissa are angels, they went above and beyond for all the guests. They could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. I was genuinely upset when we had to leave and say goodbye. Loved the room, incredibly modern and luxurious. Loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas. It was lovely and private, very quiet area which was great for us as adults with no children. Drinks from the bar were delicious, would recommend the Terranino Spritz! Will be coming back here the next time I visit Pula.

Quiet and good location for town centre, free parking. Close to Rovinj, the National Park and Venice for day trips which was great. Pula itself also nice but not much beach-wise. Pools not too busy and very clean, comfortable loungers and umbrellas available. Bedroom was comfortable and quiet, aircon worked well. Nice to have a safe and fridge available. Mostly spotless throughout. Milas particularly provided amazing service making sure we are comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

It’s 90% of where it could be! When we arrived we were told within minutes our stay is too long for Pula which really wasn’t nice. I can only imagine it was coming from a good place and the lady gave us recommendations as to where we could go for day trips, but we mostly wanted to relax in peace by the pool so it felt rude. Kettles and/ or coffee machines in the room would be appreciated. And maybe an honesty bar rather than a full-on one all day. Pool towels would also be nice so guests aren’t using the room towels and maybe a few more umbrellas. The pictures of the lady on the wall in rooms really not classy. There are so many beautiful views and local places that could be there instead. Bathroom - the small shower could have a regulated height!

Perfect and luxurious hotel close to the centre of Pula. Rooms are spacious, ours had a little balcony/terrace overlooking and giving access to the swimming pool. Personnel was super helpful, especially a young man named Milos, helping us with our bags, remembering what we liked for breakfast (which was very good), and giving plenty of tips and advice for visiting Pula. It is easy to walk down to the town center via the Arena, and even back up (as it is on a hill). Taking an uber is a good alternative. There was space to park our car just outside if the residence.

The water in the shower wasn't always as warm (or rather hot) as we would have liked it. Breakfast wasn't included - I am not sure if there even was a booking option that did.

Best service we have experienced in all our years! Fantastic and personal service by Milos and staff! From the first contact when we booked the room until we checked out. They have created a very charming and relaxing place with pools, decor, plants in different sections. Willingness to help was amazing, we mentioned at breakfast that our rental car had been canceled when we landed and now everything was fully booked. Milos asked us to wait, he would call around when he finished serving breakfast, by lunch everything was ready with a new rental car at a favorable price.

Absolutely nothing!

Really lovely property, well-located for walking to the amphitheater (5 mins) or town centre (10-15 mins), but far enough out that it was peaceful & quiet. We felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an absolute luxury to open the doors & step straight onto the terrace or into the pool.

Water pressure in shower was a bit low!

Staff, especially Milos, were amazing. Milos is probably the best host we've ever had :) Location is great - 10 minute walk to Arena. 2 pools are available at the property and they are nice

Breakfast is available to order from the menu at the bar and it's a huge disappointment that, for example, for the price of 8 euro you get 2 fried eggs with a half of cherry tomato and 2 slices of cucumber just for a decoration. If you charge 8 euros for eggs, serve me a proper meal and not 2 fried eggs with random tomato decoration like we are in the 1986!! For a reference, in other hotels of this price range you pay breakfast 20-25 euros per person, but you have a whole buffet available. I am from Croatia, and I feel ashamed and angry. People are not stupid, and some of these hotel owners should FINALLY be aware of this.

Monvidal is a peaceful, relaxing place to stay just a short walk away from bars, restaurants, and cafes, not to mention the historical sites. Swimming pools are a real bonus with well maintained areas to chill after a day's sightseeing. Our room was a good size, very comfortable bed and had a balcony overlooking the small pool. The staff go above and beyond to help you have a stress free stay. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, Milos & Taisa, great team. We had a fabulous stay!

During my stay at The Monvidal Residence, I had a great experience. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Taisi and Milos, two outstanding members of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care truly made my stay unforgettable. A huge shoutout to them for making my experience at The Monvidal absolutely amazing.

We wanted to see a con ert at Pula, it's very nearby 400m, this oasis, was not expected, the service from "moiji" apologies if spelt wrong, was exceptional! Nothing was too much, and he sorted several problems out fir ys from, how to order food to the hotel to taxis and frankly anything we asked. We travel a lot and to get staff of this quality is unusual. This also applied to the breakfast staff "Yazmina" too.

Incredible establishment. The rooms are spacious and tidy, very modern, with everything you may need, and some of them facing the pool. There are two pools and quite a few chairs to sit on and relax. The ambiance is super calm, great for a relaxing holiday. Location is not bad, with a couple buses running close to the hotel, and just a short walk from the main sights of Pula. The personnel was incredible. Super attentive, they gave us some recommendations on where to eat, they always kept an eye out for everything we needed (for example they would bring us water when we were sitting by the pool to make sure we stayed hydrated) and they were super helpful in organizing a late checkout for us. Overall a 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone going to Pula and would definitely love to go back.
