Close to city center, beach, promenade, supermarket, playground for kids and workout playground as well. Every place less then 5 min by walk. Pools (1 bigger + 1 small for kids) were perfect, clean, with good temperature. Enough parking places, area with cameras. Apartment with one bedroom and balcony was (my opinion) the best choice for us (2 adults + 1 child). Quite location. The apartment's facilities were sufficient (incl. toaster, microwave, kettle and coffe machine but only for filter coffee). All dishes and cutlery was provided (incl. everything for washing). Apartments was clean and looked quite new. Ice maker in the hallway 👍. We did not use it but laundry is available too.

Missing shower gel. You can change bed linen and towels only by yourself at the reception. I think 15€ add. fee for breakfast (for 1 person and 1 day) is little bit high price - that is why we did not use it.

The location is fantastic, we had a spacious 2 bed apartment on the top floor with great sea views. Staff were very friendly.

The pool was busy and sometime difficult to get befs. It didn’t work so well for us as we have 2 rowdy boys who like to splash, jump and make noise (our problem, not the hotel) and we were conscious of them disturbing other guests. I think overall we felt, for what we paid, we could have got something to better suit our needs. Again this is on us, and really not a criticism of the apartments!

The location of the villa is great. The sea was warm and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was superb and quiet in the night. The airflow was very mild. We loved the ice machine in the hallway.

The internet connection lagged during some times of the day. Our rooms did had almost no phone signal, so we could not switch to data on the phones. Not suitable for video calls. Also my parking place had two metal bars next to it and I scratched my car. The metal bars would be better removed.

Apartment is in a great location very close to Fazana beach and restaurants. On-site parking. Bike hire available for guests. Spacious bedroom and balcony area.

Air con didn’t work properly. No lift for top floor apartments which can be a hike up and down three flights of stairs from breakfast room and laundry where you have to collect clean towels and bed sheets every 3 days. Room not cleaned for duration on stay, I would expect room cleaning for price of room.

Amazingly good apartment in an excellent location just steps away from the beach, the town center, and a supermarket, but in a quiet, family-friendly area. The apartment is about 15 minutes by car to Pula/Pola, and about 30 minutes to Rovinj/Rovigno. My wife, our one-year-old kid and I visited at the end of June. We stayed 8 days/7 nights, and it was really very nice. The staff at the apartment were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that the room and both pools (one is perfect for kids) were clean. The well-equipped apartment provides comfortable furniture, making the stay even more enjoyable. It also has awesome views and many parking places. Nice breakfast buffet available. Unfortunately, our kid accidentally damaged the wall of our apartment (at the right time, obviously…) but the manager was very understanding, and they quickly fixed it. Many thanks for the special gift (blueberry liqueur). :-)

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great pool area, and the location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

The room was spacious, also the bathroom, good water pressure in the shower cabin. We had an electric kettle in the room and some coffee.

The room had a roof that was half height right over the bed, so you will definitely hit your had in it a few times... It had only one small window. The door had a window that allowed all the light in from the terrace, so whenever somebody was there, we had light in our room. At night it was pretty annoying. There were cloth driers, but not enough. All of them were fully occupied when we arrived right after sunset, so we had no place where to dry our stuff. This looks like a long list, but all in all we did like the room. :)

Location is great, pool, well equiped.

Breakfasts should be more variable. I understand that the hotel has only cold kitchen, but third time there still the same. If you are spending holidays with neighboors who's are making parties by the pool till midnight and chasing sunbeds from early morning it is little bit frustating. But not problem of hotel. Maybe better control of house rules. For such a capacity of hotel is the pool small and not enough of sunbeds.

It is our third time in Nina. Very comfortable, perfect location - close to the beach, to Plodine Market , to the city . Very nice and clean appartments . Even if you don't have breakfest , the coffee or tea and icecubes are available. Feels like home :) We will come back here.

Great location, modern apartment, available free parking, cleanliness, kind hosts, nice pool, washing machines available, good wi-fi, etc.

No salt/pepper/oil, a bit costly accommodation and breakfast.
