Clean apartment with two bedrooms. Our adult son with autism had his own separate room. The entire apartment was clean and well-equipped. Access to the apartment was secured with an electronic lock. The free parking lot was close to the apartment. The bathroom was clean, the shower was great. All major attractions including the well-preserved Pula Arena were within a short walking distance from the apartment. The host was friendly and helpful.

At night, the bright lights outside the apartment went on and off frequently; they must have been on motion sensors. The frequent activation of the bright outside lights affected my sleep.

Excellent apartment at a great location in Pula! Modern, clean, spacious, exactly the way I like it. The Ancient Roman triumphal arch, and the Arena are both only ~10 minutes away on foot. There are bakeries, supermarkets and cafes within a 10 minutes walking distance as well. They provide free, private parking, which is reserved for the apartment. Communication with Valeria was smooth, she was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions on how to find the parking and the apartment. Once parked, she met me in person to show me the flat and hand me the keys. Also happened to meet one of the owners at the parking lot, he was a nice guy (he didn't reveal that he was the owner, I only found out from Valeria).

This apartment is in the perfect location in Pula. Everything is pretty much in walking distance, with public transportation. The host was not on sight but great, professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, good size for two people. There was really no facilities in the apartment complex, but there is a laundry across the street and private parking which is a huge plus when traveling through Europe. I'd pick this space again, but probably request a different apartment if possible. I was in apartment 6, great space but there was a lot of noise outside the window. Seemed like the corner where the window was is a stopping spot for people and conversation, and it could be a little loud. I wouldn't say it bothered me, but I could see it bothering others. Also the trash cans were close to that window, and it seemed like someone was dumping something every hour and that made a lot of noise too. This was the only thing I didn't like about the stay, but it would not prevent me from staying there again. If that kind of noise does not bother you, you'll be happy with the space. I don't think you can beat it for the value.

The location was just outside the old town but only a 2 minute walk away. It was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment (double bed in each room) with an ensuite in each bedroom which was super convenient. It was hard to fault because it was new, clean and spacious. Very close to all the main attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the Arena. They have a Reception, too, so any problems could be dealt with immediately (not that we had any issues). Bed was perfect, not too soft and not too hard. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment didn't have a microwave so we gave feedback that it would be better to have one. No view and only a communal outside smoking area.

Amazing location, just 3 minute walk to colosseum and other key locations, yet hidden from the crowded and noisy streets. The apartment was spotless and the communication with the hostess was very easy. The contactless room key was very convenient. A public laundry mat was just across the street which was very convenient.

While the kitchen was otherwise fully equipped, there were no basic food supplies such as oil, salt etc. It didn’t make sense to me to have to buy these basic supplies for a three night stay but if you’re eating out every night, this shouldn’t be a problem. Maybe adding a microwave could help since there was no oven. Also the coffee machine could only be used with nespresso dolce capsules, of which there were only two offered in the apartment. The local stores did not sell these capsules so you basically run out of coffee after a day. The host could/should supply guests with a pack of these capsules. While I did enjoy my stay there, I feel like the apartment should have offered more amenities for the high price I payed.

Location of this apartments is really great; couple of minutes of the walking distance to Arena and city center but still very quiet area so you will sleep well during the night. Parking lot is very close, just 50 meters away from the building in which apartments are situated which is huge advantage if you are visiting Pula. Host is very nice and provided answers really quickly no matter of the time of the day when we needed some support. Apartments are very well equipped, with coffee machine so this makes your stay even more enjoyable. Beds are also very comfortable, furniture is modern and whole apartment is nicely decorated. If we will choose to stay in Pula once again, we will choose this apartments for sure.

We had some issues with locking machine and couple of times alarm was triggered for no reason. Please, bear in mind that once you will enter into apartment you will find a key on the desk and this key is helpful in such situations so read instructions that will be provided to you very carefully :-) One small remark for apartment No 2 in which 4 people can be situated is the fact that the wardrobes are small and if you are staying for couple of days, it would be useful to have just a little bit more of the storage.

This was a very nice apartment and very clean. Location was fantastic and with free parking very close by made it a great stay. Marcel at reception was very helpful.

When I booked it said 42% discount Holliday deal. I never got that deal. Although it was a very nice room a few finishing touches would of been nice. Like a toaster, microwave or small oven. Had a nice TV but it was useless. Free to air channels pixelated which I didn't understand anyway. There was a IPTV app that I could not get going. Not that i watch much TV on holiday but a bit of CNN DW or BBC world to stay in touch would of been good.

Marcelle, our young and very friendly hostess, met us at the apartment, which is spacious, modern and clean. Free, secure parking is just around the corner. It's all well-equipped, including air-conditioning, and feels very safe. The bathroom is great. Thankfully, the apartment lies just outside the main tourist area.

Loudly clacking seagulls in the early morning were annoying, though this wasn't the fault of our hosts, and if we'd used the air-conditioning we wouldn't have had the windows open and wouldn't have been bothered by the gulls.

Loved the location and free parking . Place was comfortable and clean. Good amount of space. Easy access to good restaurants and old town. Loved it!

The twin beds were much too soft, even for my thin teen daughter. Hurt my back to have to sink that much in to the mattress. Ran out of hot water too quickly. At the end of 2nd person’s quick shower it was ice cold. Left third person with no heat at all

Super friendly and fast and responsive hosts - well done Marcelle and Angelika :) Just fantastic service and always willing to help. Even brought me an iron especially for me :) And coffee capsules available upon request :)

I would have liked a bit more kitchen material to cook - a microwave might be handy to heat up food and I always like to see essential items like salt, pepper and oil to cook/fry in a small kitchen. Otherwise excellent :)
