The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. Bed side lights etc all worked. We liked having a kettle, mugs, glasses etc available in the room, together with a fridge. There was also a decent immaculate kitchen and a small balcony with two seats on it for communal use although we didn't use them. Instructions for getting into the property were excellent - and we were grateful for an earlier check-in so we could leave our bags immediately on arrival but they also offered bag storage if this hadn't been possible. The property is on the second floor in a traditional building (there is no lift). The location is unbelievably good, very close to all the historic sights. The soundproofing between rooms was excellent. The lighting in the main hall way is well planned and other guests using the accommodation while we were there came and went quietly.

There is road noise albeit this does quieten at night. The fan in the bathroom was noisy but not a problem as there was an addition lit mirror which gave enough lighting for the room when we weren't needing to use the fan.

Location was fantastic! All of Pula's highlights were just around the corner. You just needed to get up and take a few steps to see Pula's beauty. There was no noise at night. The staff was very friendly! (The airline personnel went on strike and the staff kept our room available for us for a few days longer until we were sure we could fly back home.)

There is no free parking spot in front of the door, so you have to be quick with loading and unloading your luggage if you come by car. You can mail the staff though and they will give you the address of a free parking spot nearby.

The location was good for walking to all the major sights and restaurants and bars approximately 10 minutes and a 15 minute walk from the ferry port Good communication from the owner The apartment was modern and very clean.with a good shower and comfortable bed .There is access to a communal kitchen There is also free luggage storage at a sister hostel 6.minute walk away

No laundry facilities and on the second floor with no lift facilities.

I love the fast response of the owner. Got a baby cot for free. I called the owner because I couldnt open the box and the owner response really fast. I was asking for the late check out and she was helping me for the late check out and we can keep our luggage at their partner hostel. Perfect location as well.

The room at 2nd floor and it is only available by stair. To whom it might be bring stroller not a good idea since it doesnt have elevator.

The apartment is very clean, wide, it has everything we need ( mirrors, soap, tower, small middle to do makeup, glass, cup, iron, place to storaged the luggage, locker? .. Also has a shared kitchen full kitchen utensils. Also, you have the support of the hostel that you can store your luggage and get information you need. I had my flight canceled due to the network outage, and they gave me great support.

Very clean, neat and comfortable room. All needed items like glasses, cups, iron, clothes dryer, room safe, etc. were there. The kitchen is shared with two other rooms (basically, it's a 3-room flat with rooms having private bathroms and only kitchen being common), is also very neat and has everything needed. We received self check-in instruction the day before arrival, all was clear and well organized. The view from the room was on Istarska street, which is quite rush and noisy, but we used AC anyways, so closed the windows, and then it was absolutely quiet inside. Paid parking is round the corner for 1.6 EUR/hour, and there are a few spots in front of the building, but for 4 EUR/hour. Free parking spots can be found rather within 1 km range from the building, which is still OK, I guess - in the end, it's the very city center. Mentioning that, all main city attractions are really close to the apartment. Overall, a perfect stay.

Really no drawbacks, everything truly exceeded expectations. Didn't have chance to ask for additional cleaning or other items, but I believe there would be no problem with that - the host always replied promptly on WhatsApp.

Ideal location as it was so close to everything. Noisy in the day time, however it was peaceful at night. Right by a bus stop, 5 mins walk away from the arena and walking distance everywhere else around the city. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good, clear instructions from the host. Would definitely recommend 🙌🏼

The owners were very helpful and reachable. Overall very clean beautiful looking space, that has personal touches. A big plus is an awesome location in the very middle of the city, but also very close to the bus station with a line to every beach in the area — perfect for exploring around during the day and city dinner in the evening.

A little more pricey option for younger people, but def worth it.

Very clean and modern! Within walking distance from the bus station and to the marina where we’re chartering a sail boat. It was also in the heart of the city with many great restaurants and the attractions nearby. We were given great directions to find the place ( with a photo of the building and access code) and how to access the room. Great value!

Entrance was to the building was dark and dingy, but rooms were excellent. It was a Friday night and there was a loud concert nearby that went on quite late.

Perfect location centrally in town. Airconditioning to keep the room cool. Balcony in the back. The staff was very responsive and extremely accommodating, enabling early check in and late check out. Room was very clean. Would recommend this to anyone.

The trash in our room was not taken out throughout our stay.
