Loved the pool and very grateful it remained open in the heat when scheduled to close for the middle of the day and on Mondays. Staff great, particularly Maja on reception and Svetlana in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and had a sense of humour alongside a courteous approach. All very clean and quick to resolve any issues. Breakfast was a fair spread of fresh fruit, croissants/pastries, delicious granary bread and a selection of meats/cheese/eggs with a warm veg side. Dinner also had several fresh fish/lobster options alongside a sensible kids menu and some reasonably priced alternatives. Beds very comfortable and showers good power and heat. Air con effective too :)

Croissants were a bit of an anticlimax for daughter who was thrilled by appearance on website but what appeared on the first morning were a quarter of the size and overdone..... some larger ones did appear later in the week thankfully! Stocking levels not always as you would expect at this level of establishment. When attending the bar before dinner, we ordered 2 glasses of sparkling wine from the drinks menu, but none were to be had. There was no offer to call down or get any from the restaurant below. They also ran out of yoghurt at breakfast on 3rd day and no more were forthcoming, and Nutella on last day. Also we'd prefer not to see the fruit juice filled up from a carton at the point of service. We''d ideally expect this to have been freshly squeezed.

The location was ideal, quiet with a few bars/restaurants in walking distance and a short bus ride away from the old town. It was less then a five minute walk to the beach too which was perfect for us. The staff were also amazing very polite and helpful. The room was so nice and our view was stunning we loved the little balcony area.

Although the rooftop bar at the hotel had a stunning view it wasn’t fully stocked and they were unable to make certain cocktails which was a shame. The bed was comfy but me and my partner where given two separate bed sheets/blankets instead of a normal double bed one. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious however the portions were slightly smaller then expected and a lot of the menu was slightly out of our price range as a young couple.

This complex is kept very clean and tidy providing a great location with scenic views over the marina. There’s a small beach bar with great beach facilities including bar service and hot/cold food. Pula is a short bus ride from the hotel which is a couple of euros each way and the great thing is the bus stops are literally outside the complex. Cabs are also very reasonable and a lot cheaper than the UK. Great quiet location for a relaxing break yet a stone throw away from the town centre and beaches.

Everyone was friendly and helpful including the restaurant staff who made us feel very welcome. The property was in a fantastic location with breathtaking views and kept very clean and tidy.

This is a solid 3.5 star hotel and a much more relaxing choice than the big resort hotels nearby. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent - they really made our trip, especially Iva on the front desk. The location is also beautiful and easy to get into the centre of town. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pula!

The hotel is a little tired but everything is functional, it would also have been nice to have the bar by the pool open and some bottled water in the room would have been helpful.

The hotel was spotless and in good repair. The food was good and the staff were excellent. The location is super. The view from the restaurant and rooftop bar across the marina was a joy. Lots to see with boats coming and going. The bus service into Pula was reliable and cheap. Lots of selection for breakfast and not the boring British breakfast.

Couple of little niggles. The trendy 'bendy' sunbeds weren't comfortable and you couldn't tan your back as there was no where to lay flat by the pool except the floor. The door to our bathroom was heavy and difficult to open (maybe a fire door?) and it would have been good to have towel hooks in the walk in shower (opposite end to taps) rather than just inside the bathroom door. Our over bed reading lights didn't work and I reported them. Could just be bulbs needed changing. None of these things deterred from the super stay we had. Will return.

Wasn’t advised that the restaurant was closed on the one day I planned to chill there and have a nice dining experience for my last day / night in Croatia until after I had made the booking. Very disappointed as I wanted to dine there also - was one of the reasons for choosing the location For 4* plus bottled water and perhaps an espresso maker in the room for real coffee would be a nice luxury touch. Waiting staff seemed really tired / end of season faces - shame as it is a great location with great amenities ( when open)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ribarska Koliba, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The place was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Both breakfast and lunch were exceptional, offering a great variety of delicious options. The assortment of wines was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the domestic grappa. One of the highlights was the room's terrace. It was wide and absolutely adorable, providing the perfect spot to catch some sun and unwind.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the king-size bed. The split mattresses were uncomfortable, and the mattress itself was too soft for my preference.

We came in May which I think was slightly out of season, which is why it was so peaceful which we loved. I love this hotel on the marina. It’s about 4km to the city. Taxi about €12-15. We had a huge balcony over looking the pool area and views of the boats. Kettle in the room. Large bathroom and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant is amazing with views of marina too. So peaceful and relaxing.

Bedroom was a good size with modern furniture, beds were firm and comfortable, there was a very large balcony with a lovely view of the pool area and marina. Bathroom was large with 2 washbasins and large modern powerful shower. The restaurant was excellent for evening meals. reception staff were very helpful. The pool area is small but pleasant, clean towels there every day

There was a glass door to the bathroom, I dont know anyone who thinks this is good! The cleaning of bedrooms could be improved. Breakfast was disappointing, we stayed 1 week, items were not replenished and there was not much variety

the room was not cleaned before our arrival, cobwebs and dust, the seats on the balcony were covered in dog hair, there was no hair dryer in the room, there were no glasses for water, the clothes dryer was broken and dirty. We also did not like the woman serving at breakfast - unfriendly
