Modern hotel in residential area with parking on site, lift and indoor pool, plus spa downstairs (didn't use it though so can't rate that). Staff were friendly and helpful, we had a balcony and the room was big enough for our requirements. Everything worked and was clean. We had air conditioning and even a little kitchen.

Bacon in Croatia, we discovered, is not the same as in England. (More like prosciutto). But, it was an experience. Shower did leak a bit, but we were given several different sized towels so one of those became an extra bathmat. Could have done with another pillow though, as it was quite flat.

Generically, faicility was great. Staff very helpfull. I was surprised when we came back around 21 and nice staff opened for us swimming pool - even if it was after regular opening hours. Thank you.

Good location, 20 min walk from the beach (5 min by car), restaurants and bakery nearby. Easy access to the city center (be careful, you need a car!). Free hotel parking, spots always available. Well-equipped rooms, very practical kitchenette. Very clean, cleaning service every day. A/C in the main room and in the bedroom. 2 balconies, one with sea view (+ table and clothes horse). Very quiet, ideal to get some rest. Small swimming pool but sufficient because the sea is pretty close. Discreet but helpful staff.

No buffet breakfast, you have to order what you want and you are served in the restaurant or in your room.

The staff are just lovely. They are very patient and try to help with every request. I'm sure we drove them mad but they treated us very kindly. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I got sick during my trip so it was nice to have somewhere pleasant to relax and recover. We loved the beautiful beaches so close by and the coastal walk. We loved Pula, some say its not the best town in Istria but it is to me. Lots to do and see.

The lack of vegetarian option in the restaurant though this is the same all over Croatia. Come on chefs, get creative!!!!!!! A welcome pack with information on the area would be helpful. There are no English language channels on the TV that we could find. Hardly a big problem though. More to see if you drive. We were happy to walk and use public transport though.

A very nice, modern aparthotel with very friendly staff and all that is needed for a vacation. If, like us, you don't realise it is a public holiday and haven't bought groceries, you can have a fantastic dinner in the restaurant or even have it brought to the apartment. Unfortunately we only spent two nights here so we did not get to use the pool or sauna but I'm sure it would have been great. The ocean is a short walk away and Pula centre is a 15 min drive. The EV charger worked perfectly for those it may concern.

The cleanliness had room for improvement but I think that it was mainly due to the apartment not being used for a while. There were just some areas which needed more attention.

Shower getting a lot of water after taking shower and water stays, shower top head was not working prop. No place in shower to put shampoo.” Everything else was good. Wifi good, clean hotel, got present on way out. But cant give more then 8 because value for money in apartment at the moment twice paying less it is in the center.

The staff, the room, the pool, the garden and especially the food was absolutely excellent. Special thanks to the cheff for the fantastic meals. My little one loved the koy pond as well.

The room was a just bit cold as we went off season but I imagine in the scorching summer heat it would be perfect.
