Amazing infrastructure (outdoor infinity pool, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room, etc), beautiful decoration, very comfortable rooms, high-end toiletries (acqua di parma), stunning sea views with sun setting in the sea, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet (we choose half board rate) with very fresh and exquisite ingredientes, wide variety of food selection. Staff was really welcoming, caring and friendly (except in the front desk which was below the hotel service level but still ok). Special highlight to three amazing employees (Daniel and Dian from the restaurant) and Enisa (cleaning lady), who made us feel like home with excelling service and friendliness, they will do anything within their reach to make you feel welcome. For us this is a more important quality than the amazing hotel infrastructure, we can tell the hotel takes good care of their staff!

Lack of accessibility in general for people with physical disabilities and in our case, with baby strollers. Really difficult to move around the outdoor areas with it. Coupled with lack of baby crib/cot, these are the only reasons why I don't rate the hotel with a 10. We still had an amazing experience though.

Decor and style of hotel was exceptional, pool service and breakfast staff were friendly.

Reception and most evening bar staff were indifferent/not very friendly. Drinks and food prices were too high compared with other local options (including other Arena group venues) e.g. buffet dinner 50€pp). No information on display concerning local services and activities (no local maps or other general information available unless you consulted the concierge). Hotel rather isolated with no shuttle service available. Hotel could consider providing free bicycles for guests. Rip off taxi scam in operation at airport on arrival (was charged 70€ for a 40€ trip). Hotel could offer a shuttle service for the 15min ride). No safety equipment available at the sea front/rocks terrace. Piped music all around pool area was too loud and became irritating.

From the friendly staff to the wonderful amenities available on the property, our stay at Brioni Hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool overlooked the Adriatic sea, which was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed drinks at the pool bar and, later in the evening, had the buffet dinner while watching the sunset. Afterward, we went on an evening stroll along the trails that surrounded the hotel. The following morning, we had an incredible breakfast buffet with so many delicious breakfast options and fresh juices. We had a morning splash in the sea and afterward winded down with a couples massage. The hotel location was about a 10 min drive to the Pula Arena and downtown restaurants and shops. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We are already talking about our next trip back!

We loved the design and location of the hotel. The facilities were modern and beautifully decorated. Additionally, we appreciated the nice toiletries in the hotel room bathrooms.

One night we could hear our neighbors TV at midnight and when we called to complain to front desk, this was not resolved and continued for an additional two hours which affected our sleep. Perhaps the rooms need better soundproofing or the TVs need a cap on the volume. Two other inconveniences were the outdoor pool being too cold/not heated and the omelettes were a bit undercooked at the omelette station during breakfast.

Best possible location , the sea view is spectacular and breath taking at any hour. Very nice rooms, everything is new, only bathroom is too small . Breakfast was very good and sitting outside, with all the view...eas fantastic. We took the half board, dinner was bad, all the selection left from breakfast they serve in the evening. Meat or poultry- very bad selection, we had to order and wait a lot in order to get a piece of ckicken breast. On the other hand, the food selection outside is a bit poor. And always have to use a car in order to reach the city.

The staff was very well trained, kind and highly knowledgeable. They were well staffed and incredibly helpful - from valet, to check in to the restaurants and the pool team. Whoever is managing this hotel deserves a bonus! Also, the hotel itself - the layout, design, convenience and room quality is outstanding. The pool experience is stunning, breakfast is generous and lovely and very easy to navigate and the service team was proactive and helpful. The gorgeous view is in every public space - all meals, bars, restaurants and infinity pool to the sea... Congratulations to the staff and management for such an excellent experience. We met Mariana (who deserves a bonus too) the manager of the lunch restaurant - she bent over backwards for us and made sure we had ideas of where to go, what to eat and delivered it all with such an engaging kind personality. Thank you again Mariana! Overall, the restaurants were terrific.

This is a hard question to answer since almost everything was totally amazing. The least fun experience was securing a deck chair at the pool. There is a mad dash to snag a chair pool area at 8am... and there is a line! Here you are at a 4 star hotel waiting in line for your pool deck chair. But I can see as a management team, that is a very hard thing to solve. There are beds you can reserve for 120 euros a day - but they are mostly right by the water and are VERY hot - we tried it and decided the 8am deck chair race was better. Wish we could just pay a lot extra to reserve a few chairs. I bet a lot of folks would do that too. Just to have some chairs solve for a premium in advance

The most important thing that sets this hotel apart from many other that have similar quality of facilities and good location is the approach of the staff towards guests, and the feeling it reflects on you during the stay in the hotel. Sincere, true and utter hospitality. Simple as that, yet very complicated for many others to achieve. This is what tourism is all about! Bravo to the whole team of this amazing hotel. From the reception to the beach boys everything was well tuned as a great symphony orchestra. Just a few special mentions. Thank you very much Mr. Zoran Gajic (amazing gentleman and Chef) and your team (Almir and all the girls and women form the kitchen) for taking such a great care of our little ones, it meant a world to us and to them for sure. Aldin, Sandi, Mirjana, Selma are the managers and people that every hotel would like and need to have. Teodora, Anastasija, Lorenz, Blagoje and many others from the Bistro restaurant you made us feel very special during every meal we had. Congrats to the GM for orchestrating such an amazing team and facility. Keep up the good work!

With so many great things to remember I would not mention single thing we did not like.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has stunning furnishings, very modern and comfortable rooms. The food selection and quality was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, the service at the restaurant was impeccable. We enjoyed their 60 m infinity pool with breathtaking views and the spa is beautiful and relaxing. There is great wifi availability everywhere and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We spent a week at the hotel and felt no need to leave at any point as the stay and amenities were very rounded and relaxing.

The hotel has only one, however glaring problem and that is their beach lounge chairs. There is no oversight / surveillance of the use of beach loungers and in the afternoon at least a third of them will be occupied by people who are not hotel guests and have learned that they will not be charged / sent away. There are two young men who are supposed to oversee the loungers, however they are seldom present and never act on this. There were several instances where we could not get a lounger when coming down to the beach in the afternoon as these were occupied by whole families of non-guests with their children. Never were people charged for the use of hotel loungers, however hotel guests will be charged 120€ per day for the use of a cabana.

Great room great view clean comfortable.

Housekeeping coming into room after I checked in. When I put my stuff in the room,you can only come in with my permission. Also,breakfast service...stop asking people 3 times would you like to drink something or can I take your plate. Hospitality is about cleanness and privacy.

Some of the staff members are very nice and helpful, and tried their best to satisfy the guests, although, there wasn't enough staff, they were out numbered by the tourists and couldn't keep up with the requests.

The reason for which I write the review is that they sprayed some toxic mosquitoes substances everywhere, and after inhaling that poison, I started coughing and felt my throat very irritated. Then, I heard many people coughing and talking about that toxic substance they smelled. This is the first time when I am paying a huge amount of money, 621€ / 1 night, so I can get sick. Such a terrible experience.
