This hotel is very nice , I think it should be 5 star hotel. Hotel rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast and dinner are perfect , every day there is a new meny . There are happenings in the Hotel like live music , pool aerobics and programs for kids.

The thing that terrified me its that in sauna if you wanna used it you have to go naked. Excuse me ! My 16 year old son went there he wanted to use the sauna and there were 2 naked grandpas in sauna ...its this a Nudist hotel ? If I wanna use the sauna I dont wanna be in that thiny space alone with mans naked. The pool is too crowded with kids , there is a kids pool but they all go to the adult pool and jump there . In 7 am there are people running to reserve the sunbeds. The beach not too good and crowded, a lot of big rocks in the water .

It’s prime location to the beach, excellent breakfast, and the friendly staff. Our room had a beautiful view of the property, pool and the sea, on the left wing of the hotel. They also have three pools.(2 outdoor, 1 Olympic indoor pool)

The pool / lounger beds were always occupied because many guests left their towels overnight. During peak hours, there were only 2 waiters serving the pool area and the restaurant facing the beach front so it always took forever till the waiter got to us.

Clean and air conditioned room, big breakfast buffet, nice lounge area and bar to relax, gym…

1) The juices at the breakfast buffet were just ugly and artificial. This was everything but juice. 2) Around the pool at some spots where the pool water runs in, the white plastic cover was broken - in case of accidentally stepping into that „holes“, one can seriously get hurt. That should be fixed. 3) I heard at the reception that the hotel was completely booked out. Nevertheless there should be enough car parking spots for all the guests, but this was not the case: Cars had to park on those streets in the parking area where parking is actually not allowed - blocking cars from leaving their regular parking spot (I could hardly leave because I was blocked twice).

The breakfast offer is extraordinary and even if you stay in the hotel for a couple of weeks, you will not always have to eat the same. Everything was very tasty and very clean and tidy. The parking space is large, although there are a lot of people who seem to have a problem to walk one minute from the parking space, to the hotel entrance, so they like to park the car on the roads inside the parking space, which makes everything narrow for anyone with a larger car.

Less loud children would be much better, and more parents who take care of their children would have been even more better. For that reason, the swimming pool is not to be used at all, unless you want to spend your holiday listening to the screaming children from early morning, until the evening. The balcony would be much more useful it if would be covered.

Most of the things were good:) Pools and the view are amazing!

Security could be better, nobody locked the back door during the night, anybody could enter the hotel. Also staff is not keeping eye on tourists who throw their towels for weeks on sunbeds and never removed them. We were forced to remove towels ourselves to get to lie somewhere, but it should not be our job to do it. Other hotels have staff who takes care about this. When it comes to Spa staff, felt little bit like they looked down on you for some reasons. Massages were average.

The hotel has an excellent and very convenient location — the beach is just a short walk away, making the stay extremely comfortable. Dinners are varied and tasty, breakfast is basic, as in most European hotels. Room cleaning is of high quality and done regularly. The room is a bit “tired,” but this is perfectly understandable given the large flow of tourists and did not spoil our holiday in any way. We were happy with everything!

Well maintained large modern hotel, friendly staff. Twin room was a good size with air con and tea/coffee facilities. Room serviced daily, Salt water outside pools are excellent with a plentiful supply of sun loungers, superb breakfast with a large range of hot and cold offerings. Free open access parking. Great location adjacent to the beach and shore line and only a short walk to the center of town

the stay exceeded my expectations, a nice big hotel, services at a high level. the food was fantastic, you can choose from a large number of dishes, the staff is pleasant and smiling… the restaurant on the beach is excellent. rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day… we had a fantastic time, so my wife and I extended our stay. The price for extending the stay corresponds to the level of accommodation and services.. excellent fitness and SPA, especially the indoor pool for swimmers…. really high level, we felt great, we rested and we will definitely come back

unfortunately people reserve a place by the pool with towels from the morning, but that's about the people and not the hotel…. but we prefer to go to the sea and not to the pools 😃 maybe I would change the beds, because the double bed was not a double bed, but two single beds together, the mattress is insufficient and I slept in such a hole every day, but it was not a big problem ….

It is really nice situated hotel, nice pools and beaches, great restaurant and all needed for good vacation reachable by foot. Room was big, sunny and with sea view with all the necessary equipped upfront. Reception was reachable and ready to help in any moment. It is close to riva and all touristic necessity’s

Location-location-location! Excellently located, sufficiently big -- hence not overcrowded (breakfast is the only exemption) - and well equipped, nicely decorated hotel. Directly at the seaside with lot of summer-related amenities, at geographically one of the most beautiful parts of Istria. We will definitely come again!

No real issues noted. We prefer harder beds, but it might be matter.of personal preference... Bathroom without sound-proof doors, so don't be surprised...:-)
