This is my second time here. Everything was great. Daniel always organized the work well at breakfast. Thanks to him, the waiters were always focused on their work. Erica is very pleasant and sociable on the reception. However, there was a lack of good waiters at the Ala Carte restaurant, as it was last year. It was always necessary to wait a long time to place an order.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Amazing pools! There was a rich selection for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Complex has all needed facilities and everything is super clean! They really care about cleanliness. Staff is super friendly and approachable.

As we were with baby in stroller it was challenging to navigate as complex has lots of stairs. Architects didn’t think so much about people in wheelchair or baby on stroller. Also negative side is small size bed and no mosquito net in rooms.

Really clean and beautiful resort. Can sit by the sea or the pool and easy to find sun beds. Both are lovely to swim in, comfortable temp and you can snorkel and see some fish in the clear sea. There is a full program of activities and a kids club but easy to stay away from them if desired and no loud parties at night as the pool shuts at 8pm. Get a pool view room as it's a gorgeous view and better than the car park view! Rooms are a good size for 4 people, air conditioned, fridge etc. We went half board so buffets for breakfast and dinner but food was delicious and good choice. Can also pay for food in the bar and the a la carte restaurant if staying for lunch. There's a shop where you can buy lots of basics if in the self catering bit. Go visit Pula near by and take a free walking tour with Dalan of Augustus walking tours, Rovinj is pretty too.

Service/paying in the pool bar could be a bit slow when you just want an ice cream!

Very nice property with comfortable rooms. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It was easy and convenient to move between the pool and the beach.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine and sewage when we arrived, though reception was able to fix it. While breakfast had plenty of options, the coffee and orange juice were poor. The sunbeds on the beach were very uncomfortable, and service at the bar was quite slow—staff may need more training. Towels were folded into decorative shapes, which looked nice, but I would have preferred extra clean ones; one was also stained.

Food was great. Location good.

A bedbug bit my daughter's face, and management expressed their regret with a one-time drink voucher. It's not about the money — it's about being treated with basic human decency and receiving a meaningful gesture. Unfortunately, neither of those were present in this case. Would the front office manager have booked a stay here if they knew their own child would be bitten by a bedbug? Absolutely not. At the very least new room should have been offered and high % refund. From this perspective, it was a deeply disappointing experience.

The facilities are amazing. The room is large and the beds are new and very comfortable. There are beautiful, very large pools and a very beautiful beach area. The sunbeds at the pool are very comfortable (we didn't try the ones at the beach) The bar is nearby. Aleksandra makes great cocktails. I loved the fitness. It is very modern and has sufficient and different equipment. The hotel is very clean. The food was ok, the pizza was the best. I liked the game room. There is a small store to buy food. The hotel accommodates many guests but it didn't feel too crowded in the restaurant nor at the pool. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly.

The food offering is a bit odd, e.g. there are more vegetables in the morning than in the evening. A library would be a nice additional bonus.

Our family stayed at Resort Del Mar Emotion this summer, and we really enjoyed our time there. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are recommended, but it didn't affect our enjoyment because the sea was beautiful, clear, and warm. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The food was tasty. We recommend Resort Del Mar Emotion for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside holiday.

This hotel was amazing, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was so tasty! The room was clean and comfortable.

The entire resort is beautifull, clean, seems new, large garage, big parking lot. The room was very spatious, clean, welcoming, large fridge, clothes rack was a nice additon, patio with furniture. Restaurant was very nice, excellent food, great variety for breakfast as well as dinner.

We would've liked to have slippers in the room and maybe bathrobes. Also the sidewalks were full of parked cars, it is at least shamefull that a 60, 70k€ car owner cannot afford a 5€/night parking in the garage and would rather block the sidewalk. The store next to the reception had no beach slippers for men, max size being 40. Forgot mine so i had to drive to town.
