The hotel is situated in a very nice old house exactly in the old town of Pula. Impressive! The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very nice and the bed wide and comfortable. There's a water kettle with tea and coffee in the room. The hotel has several floors with many stairs, but there is also an elevator available. We enjoyed the lovely style of this old house.

Some few remarks when you choose this hotel: 1. The breakfast is poor for a 4-star-hotel. There are eggs which were cold every morning when we went to the breakfast; and everything else is pretty low standard and very few to choose from. 2. The heating system is a little noisy and you need some skills to turn it off. :) 3. Maybe it depends on the room, but the two rooms what we had, didn't have a proper window with a view. So being in the room during a daytime, also needed artificial lights on. Otherwise, it's dark.

Room is small but nicely decorated. Mattress and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is nice and towels are high quality. Air conditioning is quiet. There is a stair to get to room so this can be difficult for older people. Staff is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Monica. This hotel is very close to several bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walking to the Roman arena and the Fortress. Breakfast is served in a small coffee shop few steps from the hotel. is quite simple but very tasty. The hotel parking lot is about 5 minutes walking. Tip: The entrance is in the next corner from where Google Maps drives you. Free parking lots around 15 minutes walking. You can't reach to the hotel doors with your car. This can be annoying if you have large luggage.

No hot water in the shower. The water was warm, but it was ok for the hot weather in the summer, so I didn't complain.

We had an amazing 3-day stay in the center of Pula. The villa is perfect for a couple, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owner even went the extra mile by driving us from the villa to our parking. The highlights of our stay were definitely the breakfasts on the terrace and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location in old town Pula. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Hostess, Violeta, went out of her way to assist us with parking. The google map link is good, however, there is one crucial turn where road divides and goes uphill that is easy to miss. Violeta was so helpful that when we called she came to us, jumped in the car and directed us to parking. We then got a bonus tour on the walk to the hotel! Short walk to Riva and Arena with endless cafes. Nice breakfast provided at restaurant across the street.

Parking was an issue but completely solved by staff.

On arrival, odd things didn't work - like the air-con. However, any complaint was dealt with very promptly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the receptionist kindly printed our boarding passes for us. The parking was a nightmare to find. An email had been sent on the day we travelled. I would have preferred to have it 2 to 3 days before travel, when I did log on to my email , or prior to the holiday when I could have printed out the essential map at home. My phone google maps did its best, and we got there. A hotel in a pedestrianiised area is always difficult for luggage - and being fit we managed the steps and cobbled street.

Beautiful property located in a bustling pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing, especially Monika at check-in. Breakfast was delicious. Transportation to the car park was also excellent.

My only concern was that the tile in the bathroom got a little slippery when wet. Bathmats were provided, but my kids got a little crazy with the water and there were some slick spots. That is, however, the only negative I can think of for this property. It is truly fantastic.

The safety box wasn't working and the beds were not made during our stay. The hotel does not have a restaurant and so breakfast is taken in a nearby cafe where the hotel has an arrangement. However as good as the breakfast was, it was very samey, basically full english or nothing.This is fine for a couple of nights

Literally couldn’t find a better place to stay in old town! All the shops and restaurants at your fingertips, the gal working the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful with genuine cheerfulness. Her dinner suggestion was spot on delicious! The room was comfortable, cool A/C, quiet and the bed was the most comfortable out of any of our many hotels on our 3.5 week trip through Europe. Best stay of our trip.

Nothing at all!

Excellent location right next to a busy central street. Very lively. Lots of shops and food places right around. Within walking distance of the sights and attractions in town. Even though there is a busy lively street just outside with street performers and everything the room was very quiet. An motorized rolling shutter kept the room dark and quiet for sleeping. The room was very spacious with plenty of furniture to lounge in the room. The (paid) parking is easy to get to and leave from. Parking is not easy in the crowded town so I would recommend paying for it if you come by car. Since it's easy to get to enter/leave/return you can easily take the car to drive to places outside town, beaches, other towns around Pula. There are many beaches within a short travel distance. Friendly staff.

There was little to no space to place any items in the bathroom like toiletries. The room door seemed to be difficult to stay locked. Once it opened spontaneously while we were in the room. Once we found the door open when returning to the room. The breakfast was not at the hotel but at a restaurant on a square close by. Walking there was no problem, and the square was nice enough to have breakfast. The breakfast itself though is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel, especially not compared to the other 4-star hotels we stayed just before. It was a small self-service buffet, only one kind of bread (white), very limited selection of everything, the fruit was mostly not prime, no fruit yoghurt. It was adequate to get the day going, but not something to look forward to.

Our superior king room was absolutely fantastic - spacious, clean, all the mod cons you expect in a 4 star hotel with amazing shower and super efficient yet quiet air conditioning. Room was cleaned daily and reception staff were friendly. Hotel located right in centre of Pula within walking distance of all major sites. Breakfast at Little Rooster cafe just within a minute's walk - run by a really friendly and accommodating gentleman Everything was just as it should be - in fact it exceeded our expectations - 10/10 overall

Could have been provided with some bottled water in the room but only a small matter
