Amazing infrastructure (outdoor infinity pool, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room, etc), beautiful decoration, very comfortable rooms, high-end toiletries (acqua di parma), stunning sea views with sun setting in the sea, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet (we choose half board rate) with very fresh and exquisite ingredientes, wide variety of food selection. Staff was really welcoming, caring and friendly (except in the front desk which was below the hotel service level but still ok). Special highlight to three amazing employees (Daniel and Dian from the restaurant) and Enisa (cleaning lady), who made us feel like home with excelling service and friendliness, they will do anything within their reach to make you feel welcome. For us this is a more important quality than the amazing hotel infrastructure, we can tell the hotel takes good care of their staff!

Lack of accessibility in general for people with physical disabilities and in our case, with baby strollers. Really difficult to move around the outdoor areas with it. Coupled with lack of baby crib/cot, these are the only reasons why I don't rate the hotel with a 10. We still had an amazing experience though.

What a beautiful spot; absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the view over the Adriatic Sea. Oh, and the magnificent breakfast, enjoyed on the terrace.

Everything was perfect. Just one small tip: too many guests have the nasty habit of “reserving” sun beds by throwing a towel on them early in the morning; only to use the sun bed for a fraction of the day. As a result, those guests who arrive late in the morning find no sun beds available. The way to solve this is to put up signs that belongings left unattended longer than say an hour will be removed and can be collected at a counter.

Decor and style of hotel was exceptional, pool service and breakfast staff were friendly.

Reception and most evening bar staff were indifferent/not very friendly. Drinks and food prices were too high compared with other local options (including other Arena group venues) e.g. buffet dinner 50€pp). No information on display concerning local services and activities (no local maps or other general information available unless you consulted the concierge). Hotel rather isolated with no shuttle service available. Hotel could consider providing free bicycles for guests. Rip off taxi scam in operation at airport on arrival (was charged 70€ for a 40€ trip). Hotel could offer a shuttle service for the 15min ride). No safety equipment available at the sea front/rocks terrace. Piped music all around pool area was too loud and became irritating.

From the friendly staff to the wonderful amenities available on the property, our stay at Brioni Hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool overlooked the Adriatic sea, which was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed drinks at the pool bar and, later in the evening, had the buffet dinner while watching the sunset. Afterward, we went on an evening stroll along the trails that surrounded the hotel. The following morning, we had an incredible breakfast buffet with so many delicious breakfast options and fresh juices. We had a morning splash in the sea and afterward winded down with a couples massage. The hotel location was about a 10 min drive to the Pula Arena and downtown restaurants and shops. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We are already talking about our next trip back!

Best possible location , the sea view is spectacular and breath taking at any hour. Very nice rooms, everything is new, only bathroom is too small . Breakfast was very good and sitting outside, with all the view...eas fantastic. We took the half board, dinner was bad, all the selection left from breakfast they serve in the evening. Meat or poultry- very bad selection, we had to order and wait a lot in order to get a piece of ckicken breast. On the other hand, the food selection outside is a bit poor. And always have to use a car in order to reach the city.

We loved the design and location of the hotel. The facilities were modern and beautifully decorated. Additionally, we appreciated the nice toiletries in the hotel room bathrooms.

One night we could hear our neighbors TV at midnight and when we called to complain to front desk, this was not resolved and continued for an additional two hours which affected our sleep. Perhaps the rooms need better soundproofing or the TVs need a cap on the volume. Two other inconveniences were the outdoor pool being too cold/not heated and the omelettes were a bit undercooked at the omelette station during breakfast.

Amazing food and location Friendly personal especially in the dining areas

Hard to find a sun chair neither in the pool or the beach, we had to go multiple times to complain to the reception. At some point we just went somewhere else because we were tired of this situation and other people were also complaining about the same issue! They just claim to set a time of 90 min for unattended chairs, but this rule is clearly the same than nothing! Kids were playing with balls in the pool area next to where one is trying hard to relax after finding a chair. This should be forbidden if they want to be a decent 5 stars hotel. Babies allowed in the pool for adults is extremely unhygienic! In summary, there is still room for improvement!!!

The hotel has a fantastic location — close enough to Pula for easy access, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. The beach and pool area are beautiful, and the wellness facilities were also a great addition. We had the half board option, and it was definitely worth it — there was a wide variety of food, and everything we tried tasted amazing. We also really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, who kindly allowed us to check in early and continue using the hotel facilities even after check-out.

While the beach is beautiful, it was always extremely crowded. Unless you go very early in the morning to “reserve” a spot, it’s hard to find anywhere to lay — even just laying on the ground becomes difficult due to the lack of space. The same issue applies to the pool area, which fills up quickly and doesn’t have enough loungers for all guests. Apart from that, really no complaints!

The hotel is good overall. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the room was restocked with water regularly. I had a room with a garden view, which was pleasant. There is beach access from both sides of the property, and the sea water is clean and beautiful. There are two large parking areas available. The hotel also has a gym, and there’s access to drinking water in the lobby. Breakfasts were tasty — while not all fruits were always available, everything else was consistently good. I tried dinner at the hotel three times — it was decent, but I later preferred exploring local restaurants nearby. The room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

A perfect blend of modern design and nature. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed and fits perfectly into the surroundings. The food was delicious and offered great variety. We were more than satisfied and will definitely return!

During August, due to public holidays and the peak season, both the beach and pool areas become very crowded, and finding available sunbeds can be challenging. Many guests leave towels on loungers for hours without using them. The hotel staff addresses this by clearing the towels if guests do not return within 90 minutes, allowing others to make use of the facilities. While this is not a reason for us to avoid returning, it has led us to consider planning our next visit in September rather than August.
