We loved the modern, eco-friendly design and peaceful forest setting of Gaia Green Villas. The villas were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a large terrace perfect for relaxing. We stayed with our two dogs and were very happy to find two dog-friendly beaches nearby—our favorite was just a 15-minute walk away. The location was ideal: close to the beach, yet quiet and immersed in nature. In the evenings, the area came alive with a lively but pleasant atmosphere and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The cleaning crew came every three days to clean and refresh towels, which was a great touch. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The Wi-Fi could be a bit unreliable at times, and the kitchen would benefit from a few more utensils for those who want to cook more than just simple meals.

Hello, as I wrote to Booking, but no answer tll. Aminess Gaia Green Villas is nice accomodation, but we pay more, than was notified. The booking price was with all taxes, but during check out we had to pay 22 EUR more as residence tax a 15 EUR for parking (it is just tax, nothing else, by walk is not possible 800 km come there,...). It is not fair, that price for dog, 25 EUR/night was known after obligatory reservation. If we know it, we can choose another places for our holiday. I can send you copy of the invoice. Please send me financial compensation (the prices diffrend is 37 EUR) back to my credit card or account 1272210073/0800. Thank you Jan Zoul

The place is lovely - the sofa on a terase was a bonus for us. We would expect at least cleaning on every second day for such a place. The grill for which we asked in advance was in our apartment - we appretiated.

We mised the tennis court- it was confirmed to us in advance that it would be available. As we wanted to book it on the day of our arrival, we were informed that it is not possible because of constructing work and that they still don’t know if they are going to have them in the future. This was a big disapointment for us - because this was one of the main reasons for our booking. Later that day we found out a lovely place in town Krk (cca 20 km from Njivice), so we were driving there every single day. Such informations giving in advance should be double checked!!

We spent a few days in this accommodation outside the summer season. The price was in line with the comfort. The accommodation is spacious enough, suitable for two couples. The accommodation has a modern design but feels older - the walls need to be painted, the mattresses replaced, we were missing nets on the windows so we were bothered by mosquitoes. The ground floor is quite dark. I missed the washing machine. The house made very strange sounds during flushing and when running water. For the price it was ok. If we had gone here during the season for a much higher price - I would have been disappointed and angry. Ordering food worked perfectly. The food was good.

Absolutely stunning place, we spent a great vacation with our dog. We got a villa facing forest, thank you to the hotel for taking into consideration our preferces of privacy. Very comfortable villa, extremely helpful staff, very convenient location - great restaurants nearby and about 15 min walk from a dog beach (which happens to be also most picturesque of all). Also liked the QR code in the kitchen to have food delivered right to our villa. Everything we wanted from this vacation, we got. Probably will come back.

We stayed here with a child and really appreciated that our villa was located right next to the children’s playground - super convenient! Our parking spot was also nearby, though it was taken by our neighbors. It wasn’t a big issue, as we managed to park in another spot close by (technically not ours, but it worked out). On Easter morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely gift box on our balcony - painted eggs and a sweet bun. A small but thoughtful touch from the hotel! Overall, the photos on Booking are very accurate - what you see is what you get. The whole place feels peaceful, cozy, and family-friendly.

🔌The lack of power outlets in the villa was honestly frustrating - not just few, but almost none. Even charging two phones at the same time became a challenge. 💳 At checkout, we were offered to pay in USD, since my card is in dollars. I agreed - but the amount was converted from euros using a very unfavorable exchange rate, and we ended up paying significantly more than expected. I would strongly recommend paying in euros only. Travelers from eurozone countries may not face this issue, but for others it could be an unpleasant surprise. Conclusion: Lovely place, great for families, peaceful atmosphere - but a few practical details could be improved. Worth considering, but come prepared with euros and a power bank!

The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Two hotplates and a mini sink make the kitchen a bit challenging to use, although (suprisingly) it comes with a full size fridge, mini fridge, and plenty of utensils. A drying rank would have been nice. Jadran/Adriatic beach is quite crowded, but we really enjoyed the mini-beach next to Il Cantuccio (and it's fantastic for kids)

Very nice spacious vacation house, I think zhere are multiple varieties of the houses size and dispositions, ours was ideal for 4 people, had two bathroom and two AC units (one on the groznd floor and one upstairs where are the bedrooms). We had a great time, it is placed in an oak wood with interesting birds. It was not noisy at all, and it was a peak season - end of july. Good place to stay with family with small children (our children of 3yo and 6yo) had a great time. Not far from the beach. Lots of restaurants, icecream places and cafés nearby.

It is obvious that it is not new anymore a bit worn out. It could have been a bit cleaner and it could use a bit more storage space. The beaches were crowded thought - but it is to be expected in peak season.

It was so nice, green, clean and dog friendly. The apartments not too close to each other, they are modern and spacious. We took our husky with us. She had a welcome package in the apartment and the staff was so gentle to her all the time. All the bars and restaurants welcome dogs and they offer water and dog biscuits to them. So kind! I was a bit worried about the beach because I could not find enough photos of it, but it is close, clean, not too crowded. If I can suggest I would upload more detailed pictures of the beach area. The grill restaurant of the resort has very tasty food, we ate there all the time. We must come back.

Some more pillows on the bed would be nice - but it is about personal preference.
