Check in was very fast... receptionist allowed us to go directly to our room and finish all other necessary things at the reception a bit after we settled in. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming, she was so accomodating and helpful the whole time we were there. I forgot her name :( She has curly nice hair 😍 Thank you! Staff was great! The restaurant staff were all friendly and kind... house keeping ladies were also always with warm smile on their faces. Food was abundant and the evening buffet varied the 4 nights we were there. Breakfast does not change much but has plenty of choices. Wednesday is what they call "Gala Dinner"... more food served and everything was delicious! Few minute walk to the beach. Near a grocery store and many other stores. Restaurants and bars are also in the area. Great evening shows ( concerts,movie, games etc.)at Plava Laguna. Thursday was our last night and there was a fireworks show...it was lovely! Pool was not that big but it is usually not crowded so we always had space everytime we want to use it. The hotel is a bit old but well kept... And the Hotel Staff were all great 👏

Bathroom could be better...i'm not saying it was dirty( it was clean!!!) but it "looks" dirty because it's old and worn out already.

This is a 3 star hotel. The location is close to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, everywhere is spotless. The dining room manager is friendly and available at all mealtimes. The selection of food is extensive with something for everyone. Unlimited wine and beer at dinner. Bar and dining staff are friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms are small but adequate for us. (Those with disabilities or obesity may have a problem)

The steps in the hotel may be a problem for some but we were aware of this when booking.

Hotel is located near the beach which was great for kid, we had nice view from our room and balcony. Food was great, we had breakfast and dinner with drinks included ( it was promotion at time of our stay). Rooms have enough space and they are mostly clean.

Toilet wasn't clean, there were some spots on toilet seat. And TV isn't TV, it is little monitor, for that kind of spatious room and for one hotel it's a little bit funny to watch TV on that small monitor.

They have gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner (they can make you a gluten-free pizza) snack time is 12-14 but I didn’t see gluten-free options unless fruits. A small market called Konzum is a 4 minute walk away, there is also a Chinese restaurant, rooms are clean and comfortable, the beach is not far away, you can go to the centre of Poreč with a city train (8€ per person-one ride), you can use the poil and the deckchairs for free, the staff is very nice and very helpful. This was not the last time visiting for me.

Great hotel with several beaches around. We booked half board and the breakfast and dinner selection of food was great!

We have booked a family suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed is too small for 2 persons (110 or 120 cm wide), so we requested an extra matrass or bed, but needed to fight with the receptionist to get is. On 2nd day the provided an extra bed, after that is was ok for us.

Nice staff, nice view from the restaurant balcony, close to the sea, nice beaches with natural shade around

Breakfast could be a lttle more varied and it's a little complicated to climb up and get down with a baby stroller (waiting lines for the escallator)

Very convenient for traveling with a baby. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was great! Various food is offered. The hotel is big and the staff is very nice! The location is amazing, a local "train" ride through the park along the sea coast to the city of Porec is beautiful and a must-try!

The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, however, we did not mind.

We liked everything,great location,near the best beaches , clean hotel,excellent food with free water,wine and beer for dinner.The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the terrace of the restaurant.Our suite was on the park side,very comfortable,clean and quiet.Easy to get to Poreč with tourist train .

The staff in the restaurant was not very professional and friendly.

-very small room even been upgraded. I never saw that small. Bathroom - no fridge -escalator(absolutely ridiculous who creat them, one escalator going up and down but you need to wait sometimes 10 minutes to swap direction, sometimes receptions had to change direction with keys as too many people waited)

This was our second time in the hotel. Everything was just fine again. The place was gorgeous with an amazing blue sea and sightseeings. The room was clean. Meals were excellent-big choice especially for dinner: different kinds of seafood, fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, wine, beer included in the price. The staff was amazing. Free parking available, private hotel parking area (video surveilance). One of the best place I have ever been. I suggest this accommodation warmly for families and couples.

There was no fridge or mini bar in our room.
