The hotel is huge, pool area great , fantastic for families with children. Very close to the beach which is clean . Food is good , lots of variety everyone can find something , restaurant are huge ( too cold) , a staff goes around and can even ask for drinks for extra charge. Porec is easy to go to by bike ( 10-20min) , all along the coast which is fantastic , lovely scenery . Yes town is far , but thats not an issue as there is not much to do there apart from eating and going for a boat cruise, however the old town of Porec is beautiful. Hotel rooms are very small , bathroom too. We asked for a cot and had no room to move , but no one really spends time in the rooms only for sleep so acceptable, also very clean. No air con, but for us wasnt an issue , the room was not heated up by the Sun during the day as of the position, plus slept with open terrace door. All in all the hotel is good , good value for money , even if booking in kind of last minute.

What was really was disturbing tho was the noise from the neighbouring rooms and disco near by (when loud and partying). About the food only thing was really bad was the scrambled egg, I know in such quantity they have to add something extra , but this wasnt good at all. Also , restaurant part is way too cold.

We really liked the food (we had dinner and breakfast included). The breakfast is the same every day and dinner options vary per day. There is always multiple options for each. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies changed wash clots every day. The beach was very close and the balcony view was amazing.

Some of the drinks were not included in the price (i.e. beer, water,...) and they were extremely expensive (2.8 € for 0.5 L water)!!! We stayed for 6 nights but didn't have our bed sheets changed which we considered important (every 3 days would be great). The hotel rooms dont have AC (but you will get the notification from hotel after booking), fridge nor TV.

We were informed beforehand for all the negative things that we should expect (small room, no air conditioning and no fridge in the room), but we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The rooms, premises, corridors and etc. of the hotel were clean and smell fresh. The staff was helpful and every time we have some requests - they helped us. Although the food in the restaurant was similar every day, it was enough to eat good and well. The location was very good for our trip and we are happy that we choose this hotel.

We would suggest the hotel to put a small fridge in each the room and to put mosquito nets on the window.

Excelent location, right at the beach, very calm surroundings. Hotel staff Is nice. Very cheap hotel with good food. Cheaper rooms have chance to be in the basement which is way cooler than rooms with balcony. Cheap parking.

No A/C in the rooms, but they say it upfront. If you buy cheapest rooms, there Is a chance they Will be in the basement, which Is cooler than orher rooms. Food is mostly the same every day. There Is no free drink or even water for the dinner... We found few ants in our room, but they disappeared quickly. Music near the hotel pool was sometimes too loud, but stik ok.

The location is perfect, the beach is amazing for families with children - there is a playground, a sandpit and a lot of natural shade. It is peaceful and quiet after 11pm. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely nice! There are a couple of mini markets nearby, restaurants, in the evening there are places where you can take a walk, listen to live music, play volleyball, whatever you like. The beautiful city of Porec is just a 10 minute drive away

The worst thing about the hotel is that there is no AC in rooms. Also, the classic rooms are not really suitable for families, because if you put an extra bed, you have no room left and can't even go out to the balcony. Another problem was a huge line for diner, we had to wait every night for 20, 30 minutes to get the main course.

Children loved the pool area and the accessibility to the beach, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was extremely polite, the room and the terrace had a great sea view without any additional charges, the hotel is right on the beach. The food was delicious and the offer for different types of food was great, the hotel has own parking. It does not have airconditioning in the room but this did not bother a bit! We will come back next year! Every recommendation!

We liked everything!

Organisation of kids activities, pool, very friendly and kind staff, hotel is very close to the beach, disco for children, live music every evening, etc.

Every facility is functional and working properly but I think that It would be great if some parts of the building could be renovated for the next season.

We really appreciated clean rooms, kind, polite and professional staff, beautiful pool area, amazing view from the dining area, large variety of food and crystal clear sea surrounded by tall trees. To be honest, most of the negative feedback by visitors is due to lack of their basic reading skills. :) The hotel rooms don't have air conditioning, TVs and hair dryers. However it is clearly stated. You actually don't need air conditioning (we visited the hotel from 1st to 10th August with a 18-month baby girl and we never needed air conditioning). The forest that surrounds the hotel does what it should do. :) You also don't need TVs and wifi in the rooms. Trust me, it is better than way. If you desperately need any of the above-mentioned, you may simply go to the lobby. Every evening, there was music program and show for the kids with mascot (Pepi) and singing and dancing. We loved our stay and we will surely miss everything.

Excellent value, food was decent, nothin special, but for the overall price I am quite satisfied. The room is small, but clean, and balcony was nice, again very good for the price.

Nothing really. The room didn't have air conditioning, which can be a problem when it's very hot. But this was no surprise, the hotel was very upfront and made it clear that there would be no air conditioning in the room, so can't really complain about it. Other areas are air conditioned btw, dinner area, reception, etc.

We grab a deal for less than 100€ with half board, could not belive it, personel extrem nice, room clean , meals were more than ok…surprised with service and all - specialy as it is a low bidget hotel, but for me worth higher grade than it has

There is no clima and walla are thin, ok, we knew it so it was not a surprise…and it was also a 18by night and 28!at day so we managed it
