Location, room was very good!

Stupid towel reservations @ the pool, people place towels and come back hours later! Staff should remove the towels! This is really breaking down fun and it’s a shame! The prices @ the terrace are way higher than 100 meters further… We used to sit on the terrace for hours but now it’s not nice anymore…. 9,00 euro for a Radler, 100 meter further 5,00..

A very beautiful destination with plenty of beaches, restaurant, shops, bars, sports activities, and more. Room 158 was very nice and well-equipped: beachfront, with two air conditioners (one in the bedroom, one in the living room), and good WiFi. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty with a lot of variety. The location is very family-friendly (they have inflatable water park, a pool, and a nearby dinopark). Almost every beach had sunbeds (to rent) and plenty of shade. For an adrenaline rush, Sport-Vrsar provides an excellent jet-skiing experience.

The pool temperature was a bit cold, but it didn’t seem to bother the children.

The resort is a fantastic place. Extremely clean, well managed, and very visitor friendly. Excellent for families. I would recommend it especially to families with children.

I did not like the attitude of the clerk checking us in. She was very unpleasant. She treated us, like she was doing us a favor.

It's clean, well maintained, and on a great location. The view is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Food in Lovor grill was great. We ate there almost every day. Beach is nice with a lot of shadow.

1. There are not enough parking spaces. There are two big parking spaces near the entrance, but they are full too. 2. At peak hours, there is no hot water pressure 3. The first four days, we had no cleaning or fresh towels, sheets, or toilet paper. I waited for the cleaning crew and asked to please come. After that they came every second day.

for Croatia - a good hotel with a good enough variety of food. The sea is close. The hotel staff tries to solve all the issues that arise.

The air conditioning in the room does not work well, the temperature did not fall below 27. Rooms are not cleaned every day as stated. Sunbeds on the beach for a fee. Lack of water at dinner, only for a fee. The room is just a microscopic refrigerator, a bottle of water will not fit. The problem is finding a parking space nearby. The curtain in the shower is very small - when washing water gets on the floor, there is nothing to wipe it with. No kettle and glasses in the rooms.

Excellent hotel with well-maintained grounds. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done every day. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, with the dinner buffet not repeating itself over the 10-day stay. The only downside is that during dinner, all drinks were charged separately, except for tea. The hotel has a great location, making it easy to take a stroll around the city. The beach near the hotel is stunning. I highly recommend it!

I don't understand how it is possible that there is a smoking area right next to the children's pool! In my opinion this is absolutely unacceptable and overall they are very lenient with smokers at this resort. During mine, people lit up cigarettes even on the children's playground. Define the smoking area so that it does not bother non-smokers and it is not near the children's pool and playground!

We arrived as a storm was raging across the region. We were very happy that we could sit on the balcony, protected from the rain, as we enjoyed the ocean view. Antonio at reception spoke perfect English for us as Canadian travelers, and he was absolutely pleasant and helpful. A brilliant base for trips to Porec, Pula, Rovinj, and area, then relaxing evening strolls around the resort and town.

The sea view was great. The facilities and the service were perfect for families with small children. Staff SUPER nice. The young ladies in the children care are amazing with children. Super shows in the evening, the whole trip was far beyond of our expectations. We are definitely going to return.
