Our room was decent sized, the bathroom was great and it had a nice contemporary feel. It also felt very safe and secure. We appreciated the reserved parking option and shuttle service and luggage handling to/from the parking lot to the hotel. The hotel is very well situated in the old town of Rovinj and easily accessible to many great restaurants and wondering around.

The room we stayed in, seemed to be in an "overflow" part of the hotel, down a side alley. We did not feel like we were apart of the actual hotel (good and bad.) The room was not very sound proof at all, so we hear neighbors all night long. The parking lot they use is a bit tricky to find at first, but luckily just walking around from where we thought it was, we weer able to locate the right lot.

Great location, and modern, well-designed room. Excellent products in the bathroom (Cowshed) and very comfortable bed. The team at the front desk and bar were incredibly nice too. Loved the ability to rent bikes, borrow beach towels, and like many reviewers said, the parking and golf buggy service was exceptional!

It was super hot when we were in Rovinj. The air conditioning was good, but could have been a touch stronger.

the location was fantastic, in a quiet corner of the old town. the rooms were super clean, new and quirky. having breakfast in the square outside was romantic accompanied by a home made breakfast accoutrements. even for vegans which can be a challenge in Italy.

the room was quite small but lots of hanging space the beach bag and hats provided made up for it.

Great location right in the old town. Paid parking is not on site but offers a free ride. The room was nicely furnished and had everything expected of the highly-rated hotel.

It's important to note that this hotel does not have a lobby or a lounge as such. Breakfast is served at a separate location down the road. On the days it is cold or raining - this is a problem. Additionally, there are a lot of stairs and no lift, so this hotel is not for someone with reduced mobility or fitness.

We didn’t receive our second day breakfast, which the staff promised would be sent to our room the day before. We were really disappointed this did not happen after all the promises were made

Lovely boutique hotel in a central but quiet location. Rooms are individually designed so you feel like in a family run place. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small but that seems to be normal, because of the small fisherman’s houses in those narrow streets of the historic old town. Car parking is outside the old town, but the hotel offers it’s own parking places and a complimentary shuttle service from/to hotel with a golf caddy. Service is very careful, especially thanks to Ana, who was a very helpful and lovely person. I highly recommend this place.

The property was situated in a fabulous position in Old Town Rovinj . Walking distance to cafes , the shops and the harbour.It was immaculately presented and the staff were very attentive. The room was really comfortable . We wanted to stay longer!

Had to pay 100 Euro deposit on arrival in case there was any damage made to the room. ( it may have even been 200?? I don’t remember) I was told it would take at least 10 days to 2 weeks for me to have that deposit returned to my credit card. I have only a small amount of funds available on the card for the purpose of emergencies as I was travelling in Europe. I wasn’t very impressed to have to wait up to 2 weeks to get that money back and to have to pay interest on it!

The Melegran is such a charming hotel! The staff is extremely helpful and speak very good English. The hotel transformed an old medieval house into a charming modern hotel and they have used a wonderful interior decorator. The breakfast, taken in an abutting restaurant was fantastic and they have solved the old city’s parking issue as no car can enter those narrow alleys. They have a mini golf driver who picks you up in a nearby parking . So convenient.

I liked everything about the property but people need to be aware that the steps in the hotel are strap and there is no elevator. I knew about this after reading a review and packed accordingly, light and in a duffel bag and not a large suitcase- just to make my life easier. however the mini golf driver does do the carrying.

This hotel is new dimension of tourism really! We felt like we were home. The communication before arrival was excellent and Jovica was already waiting for us and he drove us to the hotel and we made instant friends! Complete staff on the reception and at the cocktail bar was very kind and friendly and until the end of our stay we felt like we are friends for a long time! :) Rooms are so stylish, modern, clean and the location is in the old town. I loved the interior design of the hotel - luxurious with vintage details in old town of Rovinj :) You must not miss their cocktails (the orange one with the dry orange on top - I forgot the name of the cocktail) and also gin tonic, they have a wide range of spices they make by themselves. Also they serve gluten free breakfast (they have separated toaster for gluten free bread) which was lovely since I am celiac. We went for work so they really helped us a lot with some locations for photo shooting in Rovinj, also they recommended great restaurant for dinner. Thanks to them this was one of our best trips ever and I think we loved everything about Rovinj because of them! This was one of the best hotels I ever visited when speaking about atmosphere, interior design, location, staff, everything is 10/10!
