It was well situated, spacious enough and very clear and easy check in and check out process.

Just the windows and the entrance door of the apartment, which didn’t close properly sometimes, so you could hear the noises outside. They could need a little refurbishment.

The studio was more spacious than expected and very comfortable! Location was perfect and the hosts were very responsive. Kitchen was also well-equipped. This was a 10/10 stay :)

My only comment would be that, as the studio is located in the old town, it can get quite noisy at night until the cafes shut down. This did not bother me personally though and I had no problem getting to sleep.

Room is not well soundproof isolated from the common internal stair leading to the other 2 appartments which are located upstairs. If your neighbours like the night life, you will certainly be able earing them going forth and back during night; this doesn't really fit well with getting a good sleep. The Bathroom finishing could be improved, eventhough it is functional

Very central location, which was very nice but also very noisy at night because of nearby bars and restaurants.

There was no coffee maker. Also, a toaster and a saucepan could be useful. Sound from the nearby pub was loud in the night as people were sitting on the terrace. The nearest beach, Baluota, was not good and it was very crowded- and if you wanted to reach a better one, you had to take the ship to the nearby island with a fee of minimum of 12 € .

The location in center town.

The appartment absolutely did not live up to our expectations of an appartment for €165 per night in central Rovinj. It is small, sparsely equipped and noisy. First, a room of 35m² is quite small and should be cheaper than other appartments with the same standards and location - not the other way around. Second, although the host was notified on the first day that light bulbs for indoor lightning were missing, they were never replaced. In addition to this, one of the of the electrical outlets had been ripped out of the wall exposing electrical circuitry. Finally, the appartment takes in much noise from neighbouring appartments and the staircase.

check in was smooth, communication with the staff ok

the apartment is very dirty, starting from the toilet to the room and the kitchen. the remote control for the air conditioner was without battery, soap or any other cleaning solution was totally absent, including the toilet brush was missing.
