Although the unit has a central location, close to the main tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, it was absolutely quiet during the nights. I also highly appreciated how clean the apartment was.

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor. We travelled with a dog, but the stairs were so narrow and steep that she looked a bit frightened all the time when going up and down.

The studio apartment was wondeful and met all of our expectations. It's super conveniently located, yet quiet at night. The AC worked well and was definitely needed.

It was extremely hard to find. The host was waiting for us in the apartment, but it would have been helpful if she had stepped outside and looked for a family wandering aimlessly pulling suitcases. Also, in the information about getting there, it would have helped to say that you enter an alley that is behind a restaurant on the square.

Everything was amazing; the location is perfect (close to everything in the city center yet also hidden enough if you prefer peace and quiet), the staff are very helpful and friendly, the studio is spacious (including the bathroom), clean, and has everything one would need. The gated parking option and shuttle to the apartment are nice bonuses as well.

If you have a lot of luggage or any difficulties, the steep and narrow stairs could probably be a bit tricky, so maybe ask about the apartment on the ground floor...

Very nice apartment in central location with all the necessary essentials. We were there for only one night so didn’t make use of the kitchen. Bed was firm but very comfortable.

The stairs are steep with narrow treads so might be difficult for an older person as the unit is on the third floor but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent location in the heart of Rovinj! Parking with golf cart luggage service with the most pleasant driver, Manuel (spelling?) really made our experience exceptional! The apartment had everything you needed! Premium bath products, coffee & tea, full kitchen and refrigerator. Awesome drying rack for wet beach clothes. Extremely quiet which was surprising since we were in the heart of everything!

Great location in heart of old town just minutes from all the cafes, bars and restaurants around the marina. Yet very private and quiet. Small terrace for coffee in the morning. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, nice bath gel and shampoo. Well-equipped kitchen

Access is via a narrow and steep staircase so getting luggage up and down is a bit of work, but it’s fine for day-to-day coming and going

The location is very good, it’s in the old city and close to the church and the port. The receptionist is very nice, he help us to take the luggage and deliver us to the hotel. The reception is about 5 minutes away from the hotel by car, so it’s very helpful to have the service for transportation.

The bathroom‘s design is not good, once we take shower, the water can’t be flow into the drain.

The staff was welcoming & gave us a courtesy ride from the parking area directly to & from the apartment at check-in/check-out. The property is located in the heart of Rovinj and is a short walk to the beaches, boat rides/tours, & restaurants. As advertised, the apartment was supplied with essential toiletries, towels & linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, and GREAT Air Conditioning—all came in handy for our family!

The walls aren’t noise proof so we did hear local music playing, some restaurant noise, & other residents talking/walking by (but not outside of posted quiet hours). We also noticed some cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the property upon arrival.
