A staff member picked me up at the bus station, which was helpful and appreciated, and I had a cozy, attic room that was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I had a nice stay, but the attic room is best for a short to average height person due to the ceiling. Also, the bathroom sink is tiny. There's no on-site reception, so if you have a late departure, you'll have to walk approx 10 minutes away from town to leave your bags. Still, it was a good value and I had a nice stay

Proximity to the sea and to the city center, host hospitality

It’s more of a suggestion than a complaint: the shower cabin floor is poorly made and there are no doors or curtain, so the water runs all over the bathroom when you take a shower. I think the owners should add a door to the shower cabin, or at least a curtain (it’s a pity since the door frame gets soaked with water).

We did not like the following: - There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. -In front of the apartment there is a small terrace but unfortunately we could not use it since there was a drunk person sleeping there. He also spilled beer all over the place. When we told this to the guy at the reception he didn't seem to care very much. -There is no elevator. -the price

Renovated and good looking place, well positioned between beaches and the old town. There is no staff at the location but reachable over phone or WhatsApp and quick to answer.

Even though the apartment looks nice, some details could be improved (water in sink flowing away slowly). Out issue was the cover/blinds on the door to balcony, which was missing one one half of the door - thus allowing view from outside to our apartment and to our bed The staff tried to fix it by glueing replacement blinds to the door but this solution was short-lived. Thus we ended up with no cover for the rest of our stay, the staff was not able to solve the problem afterwards. I believe this should have been fixed before our arrival.

The staff was nice, provided clear instructions about parking and location. The room was pretty decent, good bed, air conditioning, fridge, etc. We had a good rest for 1 day. The parking spot was welcomed and what we needed. You are transferred at location with their electrical cars.

It was a misunderstanding related to pick-up time even if I provided the time with a day before, but I appreciated that the staff was proactive and solved the issue after informing them.

I really appreciated that they picked me up from the bus station and gave me a ride to my apartment. They also gave me a ride back to the bus station. The staff was very courteous. The apartment is in a great location and very quiet.

The wifi in my room never worked. You have to communicate with reception directly, they do not monitor the Booking message service.

Apartment building is very nice. Our room was quite small and on the ground floor so not a lot of natural light in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything was a short stay. Not sure where you would dry your towels and swimsuit during the summer :( The location is great, close to the city, the beach and supermarket.

The location was very good for us as we like walking and this place was a perfect distance to see different parts of the surrounding area, old and new town alike. Everything in the room was efficient, modern, clean, and very comfortable.

The room was overly hot at night. We purposely choose properties that have air conditioning when we book holiday accommodation. This property listed that air conditioning was available. Yet the air conditioning unit didn’t work or wasn’t turned on for the entire property, as explained by one of the Avior agents when we called to inquire why the AC unit didn’t work. For us, as clients paying for all the amenities listed for the unit, and which we expect to have available whenever we want it, regardless of the season, this is a completely unacceptable situation.

location was close to everything. walkable to old town, the ferry to Katarina Island and Mullini Beach. Restaurants were right around the corner.

Cleaning under the beds and hard to close doors without slamming them

The accommodation met expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

The kitchen window was leaking water during the rain, which caused the kitchen to flood. This occurred in apartment number 12, so it would be good to fix this issue before the next season.
