Everyone was exceptionally kind - from the housekeepers, to the reception, spa and dinning room staff. The room was nice and clean, and the balcony overlooking a nice park was covered in sun, which was more than appreciated in November. The facilities around the hotel look great - the beach is really, really clean, the walking paths are very well kept and nourished. We took a few walks to the city and they were pleasant and we needed around 15 minutes to reach the old town, which was perfect, so location is superb for any time of the year. We celebrated our anniversary and upon our arrival there was a note and a bottle in our room with two glasses. The note was handwritten and more than just a "happy anniversary", there was a couple of sentences with meaning - we appreciated this so, so much! Thank you to whoever did this, you can tell that the hotel has an appreciation for its guests. The sauna area is rather small, but nicely kept and clean. We'll visit again for sure.

The pool area had a bit of a weird smell once in a while, otherwise it was nice. The parking is a bit away from the hotel, but it's big and spacious and you can, of course, first park your car infront of the hotel to take out the luggage, so it's not really a problem.

Everything was great except the annoying issues in the half board restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms, nice common areas, beautiful park, lots of sunbeds, big pool, excellent location, very friendly staff, very good food in general, good selection as well. The a la carte restaurant by the pool and the beach bar were also very nice.

The restaurant waiting times are a disaster. Some nights there were 30-40 people waiting in line for food, which meant 15-20 minutes waiting. In the end we sometimes skipped the food items (2/3 of the hot food) where you had to stand in line. I have never seen anything like this although I have been to many similar hotels in Croatia and other countries as well. Also the temperature was way too cold in the restaurant with the aircon at max speed even on rainy days. The selection of cheese and salami/ham for breakfast is mediocre.

This is our second year here. We love it. Location is great, beach is very close, swimming pools are marvelous. Staff is very very hospitable and polite, always greets you with smile and positivity. Food was versatile, and rooms are always clean and taking care of. We give it 10/10!!! P.s a special thanks and compliments to chef, he was good enough to prepare some meals for my wife who had stomach issues even before we came, so she needed plain cooked food, and chef would make sure she was taken care of. 10/10 would auggest this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, especially the surrounding park, which is absolutely wonderful. The staff are polite and pleasant and everything from checkin, parking to checkout is handled with such an ease. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, the rooms spotless and comfortable. Spacious balcony with chairs and a nice view. Great location, minutes from the sea, a beach and a park, as well as a nice walk to the town. Secure parking, well organized.

The only thing that I would comment on is that the indoor pool should be warmer in winter.

Food was very good as was the choice, staff very well trained, polite and helpful. Rooms and facilities clean and maintained. Hotel looking fresh and inviting. Good free parking facilities nearby, a short walking distance away. Easy access to the venue.

Expensive drinks, no free tap water during dinner, shallow SPA pool overcrowded in afternoons, no hourly management for booking slots to ensure appropriate usage and therefore, allowing people to take up loungers by throwing towels onto them, sparse entertainment except for those who want to participate in certain sports (disclaimer: our visit was in February so summer might look and feel different)

Hotel staff (all of them) are the greatest assets of this establishment. Everyone makes you feel welcomed, taken care of and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is great for light swimming and the outdoor pool is perfect for kids and relaxation. Breakfast is the best although I would recommend including at least one more toaster since it can become crowded waiting in line for the toast. Rooms are perfect and clean just enough space for everyone and everything. Plenty of things to do, yoga, kayaking, outdoor movie nights. And it’s 15-20 minutes from the city center

Prices could be slightly lower not just for this hotel but for the city in general.

The room was big enough for us three and breakfast is well worth it if you're deciding whether to just book room or room and board. We also ended up getting breakfast 2/3 nights we were there. Awesome selection, competitive on pricing (we didn't have full board but we happily paid the charge) especially comparing it to local restaurants whose prices have surged in recent years. Staff was friendly and the addition of valets to park the cars in the far-away lots is a huge leap forward and much, MUCH appreciated (says a tired mom who did not want to walk all the way to the parking zones with a little one).

The fold away bed did garner some complaints from little one as not soft enough, though that could just be a preference thing.

The hotel has excellent location, close to the beach and close to the city. The hotel is renovated, we had nice spacious modern clean room (Superior Twin Room) with great terrace looking to the Garden (See) with lot of trees (Grand Park). The sauna and steam bath were nice in the Wellness (the jacuzzi is very small do). The breakfast and dinner were great and I could also charge my electric car (charger is at the next hotel, 0.6 Euro per KW).

In February and March the hotel is inviting football teams to train in Croatia and get upper class accommodation. This is a great business idea since the hotel was full however it is a nightmare for regular guests. Somehow you can manage the crowd in the wellness if you are visiting it before noon but it is impossible to manage the long queues in the restaurant during the breakfast and dinner. We went to the restaurant 1.5 hour later of the opening but still I had to argue with the waiters to get a table and wait a lot to get food. This is an excellent hotel but with the football teams...

Great location, walking distance to Rovinj and next to the beach. Clean comfortable room. Great service. All the waiters were so well behaved and nice. Better than expected. The surroundings are relaxing, The hotel is basically in the middle of the park. The walk to the city is by the sea side and very relaxing.

Play room did not much options for small kids. The hotel was somehow renovated internally but still got the feeling of a cold atmosphere with brown colors. Some areas not renovated. The beach is nice but over the weekend it creates crowds with external people using the beach without beach beds. It is nice they open to the public , but honestly I am not paying beach beds , choosing them when possible next to the sea (front line) to have people surrounding me with beach towels extra bags etc. and using that 1m between bed and the sea. I could do the same and not pay for those beds. It gave a suffocating feeling

really liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and how clean everything was.

I had a completely different impression of the hotel, especially in terms of renovations and the exterior appearance. On Booking, the photos give the impression that the entire hotel has been renovated, but once you arrive and go inside, it’s clear that only the rooms and the lobby have been updated. The price is quite high for a hotel like this, but that becomes less important when you take all the impressions into account
