From the entrance to the garden,everything is magnificent!You get big free parking place!The hotel is just 10min easy walk to the old town of Rovinj,which is excellent having in mind that parking your car in the center during summer is very expensive and you are lucky if you find a parking place!The nearest beach is only 10min walk.You simply enjoy walking and seeing beautiful nature and houses everywhere.The room was spacious,ultra clean,bathroom wonderful!Breakfast tasty,just as it supposed to be! The receptonist,and the lady that worked at the restaurant were very polite,friendly,always smiling!

When you arrive by car, there are 2 parking yards, no problem for parking even a big car.Then you meet a very friendly ladies at the reception (Sonja and the other one, I do not know the name of) were very helpful and super kind, also ladies in the breakfast bar were excellent. Rooms are spatious, well furnished, a good and silent A/C and with a handy balcony. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is big enough for 2 people. Great hotel!

Perfect hotel for reasonable price! They tough about every single detail in this hotel. Cleanliness, corridor fresh smell, design, quality materials, parking for cars and bicycles with natural shade, entrance from parking… All 3 receptionists that I spoke with are very professional and helpful. We also got map for bikes. Very good breakfast.

There is no wellness or pool, but there is a project for new building with 10 rooms, indoor and outdoor pool and wellness facilities as they told us.

Residence Rovinj is conveniently located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Rovinj's historic old town which allowed us to easily explore the town's narrow walkways, cobblestone streets, vibrant markets, and scenic harbor. Our room with a balcony was super clean, spacious, bright, and equipped with all the amenities with a modern bathroom. Enjoyed it! One of the standout features for us was the warm and smiling service of the reception staff. They made sure that we had a memorable stay, attending to the request for change of room with views and providing recommendations (the dinner at the Grand Park Hotel was the best… stunning views, THANK YOU). Residence Rovinj has parking!!! For us it was a significant convenience, especially because of limited parking options in the historic center of Rovinj. Breakfast was included with the stay, though it didn’t stand out as exceptional but was satisfactory enough to start the day. We would recommend it anytime!

Everything - the friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms (cleaned with fresh towels & toiletries every day), the gorgeous breakfasts, the excellent shower. The room was very spacious with more than enough room to store our clothes & belongings. Our balcony had a nice view towards the inland hills. We couldn't have picked a better hotel. There is a supermarket & 3 bars very close by and a very good restaurant about 100 meters away towards the Old City of Rovinj, which is about a 15 - 20 minute walk away.

Very nice accomodation - luxury residence, big parking for every client, very nice receptionist - a lots of useful advice about admirable monuments / food / icecream - unforgettable memories in Rovinj, amazing and delicious breakfast (option to have late breakf.), beautiful and always clean room, very friendly stuff. We love it! See you next summer

Just window balcony/terrace oriented to the noisy street

The staff was nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and quite big, well equipped! The bed is comfortable! The breakfast is perfect and sufficient! Fresh eggs on request, in all forms. With ham, cheese, dried tomatoes or paprika. Fresh fruits, cold meats, delicious pastries! Anyone who stays hungry here has a strange taste! The hotel is in a good location, with its own parking lot, in a quiet area! It's a small hotel, so it's perfect for relaxing! I can only recommend it!

The room was wonderful, clean and with everything one might need, even a small terrace. The bed was very comfy, and the room was quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is small but offers substantial variety as some of the meals are standard every day, and 5-6 meals and desserts change, which was a nice surprise. There are some vegetarian and vegan options, all in all you can have a wonderful meal. City center is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away.

I liked everything. Small tip to work more on inclusiveness when it comes to dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten etc.) and to reduce single use plastic shampoo/shower gel bottles in the rooms.

The hotel is small (probably around 25 rooms), but definitely worth considering. The included breakfast was wonderful (cereal, cheeses, yogurt, meats,fruit, wonderful breads, PLUS eggs cooked to order! Eva at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this Inn. You will probably need to drive into the town center, or take a taxis. The walk (about 20 minutes) into town is hilly.

Good location vs Old Town and beach. Big space for parking. Breakfast was really good. The girls at the reception were really helpful and gave a lot of information about Rovinj (restaurants, places, beach)

The room that I was accomodated in, had the balcony somehow placed higher then the actuall room floor. It was not visible in the booking pictures. If you don’t like this kind of surface difference it can be a minus.
