I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Since cars are not allowed in the city center, they offer a great parking solution: for €15 per day, you can leave your car at a parking lot about a 15-minute walk away. What’s even better, they organize transportation both to and from the accommodation with small electric golf carts. All praise goes to the friendly and helpful team from Avior agency – they really made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Location is in the heart of old town. We had two small beds (upstairs) and a big bed (downstairs); all very comfortable. We also had 1.5 baths, which for three people was fantastic and a very welcomed surprise. The Avoir staff got us from the bus stop, took us to the reception (away from old town), and then drove us to the apartment for an early check-in. Plenty of towels and bedding. Super recommended. Bonus: Paid laundromat downstairs

The shower is very small. Not even a small space to bring toiletries (had to keep on the sink). Not a deal breaker

This is a lovely property, nicely renovated, clean, tidy and secure. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was very close to the main square, markets, cafe and church on the hill. It was perfect really! The check in process was easy at another location slightly out of town which was easy to find and had parking onsite. Our host did everything to help us manage our parking arrangements, and gave us a free shuttle directly to the apartment (which was great as we didn’t have to worry about getting lost in the old town trying to find it!) and picked us back up the day of check out.

This was quite possibly the best apartment I've stayed in to compliment stunning Rovinj. Absolutely everything about the apartment was wonderful, taste, size and it was super cosy. I was particularly delighted with the White Company shower products. The location was a joy in amazing old town as a solo traveller it was super convenient to step into heaven within seconds. The staff were so professional and communicative collected me from the bus station on way there and back. I recommended this apartment to others as I was so happy. Jo

The parking at the reception was great, easy to find and not too expensive at 10 euros a day. The shuttle to the place was nice, we got taken all the way to our doorstep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice as well. When stepping out the door you are right in the center of all the action, with most of Rovinj within walking distance.

The wifi was a bit spotty, which meant there were multiple times per day where it cuts out for a minute or two.

We loved our room! So quaint with the beams and yet tastefully updated. We had read reviews about the stairs being an issue, but didn’t really find them to be a problem (and we’re in our 60s). It’s in a good location, although be prepared to get lost in the winding streets. We were only there for one afternoon and evening, so didn’t really get a chance to get our bearings. Very charming little city.

The property is located right in the middle of the old town. It is close to everything, had a rustic charm and we loved that. The room was comfortable and clean and had cozy beds. The golf cart shuttle from the rental office to the property was very nice. The room was not overly large but had all we needed. The air conditioning was nice as the temperature gets quite hot outside.

We were on the 3rd floor and there were very narrow and steep stairs to climb to the room. Not really an issue for us but wouldn't work well if guests have mobility challenges. The mini fridge in the room did not work very well in keeping anything cool. There are windows on both ends including the balcony but the view is mainly of more building roofs. That has a charm to it but others may like a sea view.

Everything! The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere of the whole place is very warm and welcoming.

The chandelier in our room (Room 1) felt slightly out of place compared to the rest of the beautiful interior — but honestly, it’s not a problem at all.

We met and parked at an offsite location as this is in an old town pedestrian zone. Very helpful - but a long way to get car when we needed to go to other cities. Directions/map back would help.

The room was up 2 steep flights of steps which was a bit challenging. The mirror over the sink is set back about 3 feet - so maybe attaching a makeup mirror to the wall would be good.

These rooms are right in Rovinj close to everything! What a beautiful town! Also, the staff was efficient and right there when we had a problem with the shower.

The shower head was broken and the air conditioning not really working due to being on the entire buildings AC, we were told.
