We did not like the hotel accepted a lot of Russian tourists. Russian visitors mostly were rude and disturbing. They were clipping their nails over balconies and nail pieces were dropping below balconies. We complained and talked to them but they do not even care. They were blocking all the good sun beds, the wooden ones at the beach. Hopefully next time we will choose a place where Russian people can not go. Extremely rude and loud people unfortunately. And some of them were very rude to hotel workers as well.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference. The location is excellent—convenient and well-connected—and the facilities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast, which offered a good variety and was consistently enjoyable each morning.

I was a bit disappointed with the food options at the hotel’s restaurants / beach club. While there was an abundant selection of drinks, the food menu was surprisingly limited. Aside from burgers, there wasn’t much variety to choose from, which felt underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. The Tekka Japanese restaurant opens in the evening and most of the food we had was great, but the prices are exaggerated, not a good value for money.

Would appreciate if there would be more food options on the restaurant menu but still it’s good enough. But the real bummer was the separate adult sauna/pool area. Don’t get me wrong, I can understand separating kids from adults to make it more relaxing/less noisy but please don’t make it “all naked slumber party” as it is an international hotel!!! Not everyone fancies to see other people’s sweaty private parts flapping around whilst wanting to just enjoying pool and sauna. Absolutely disgusting.

We liked every single thing about our second stay at Lone! Such a great and special hotel, with lots to offer and amazing staff. We cannot wait to be back! We really enjoyed the spa and the dinner at the Tekka restaurant. The breakfast was brilliant too. Our room was a "jazz room" with a little pool on the balcony that we couldn't use because it's winter but it was still breathtaking. And the view and the hotel aesthetics are absolutely breathtaking too! Great job everyone, thank you for making us feel special! I also worked as an animator at hotels Lone and Eden a while ago and I remember how much we worked hard to make our guests feel seen and appreciated and now that I had experienced being a guest, I am in awe with all the hard-working staff and everything Lone has to offer.

The hotel has a very modern design and atmosphere with a big and spacious lobby area. The room was comfortable and full of natural light with a big balcony overlooking the forest. The breakfast has a great selection of food. The burgers at the restaurant E were amazing, I highly recommend trying the Double Trouble burger. The inner pool is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the old town of Rovinj is only a 20 minute walk away along the coast.

Not much. If I had to nitpick - the doughnuts at the breakfast buffet weren't fresh (two days in a row).

Beautiful design hotel in a convenient location in quiet area. we went off season which I suspect further improved our experience with no crowds overall. Hotel is pretty big but you don’t really feel the crowd - it gives impression of intimacy. the staff was very nice facilities well kept.

unfortunately on the 2day of our stay hotel was hosting all day and night company team building. the event took place in the garden area in front of the hotel with the music and animators blasting the whole day. it was pretty warm outside yet the hotel had heating turned on in all the rooms- with the room facing sunny side the temperature in the room was unbearable with closed windows - with open windows it was almost as we are participating in the team building. I think this was not very considerate of all the guests in the hotel and way too loud. also the temperature situation in the room needs to be managed better with option to heat or cool the place left for the guests.

One of the best hotels around Croatia. Very clean, very good service and top quality facilitys. The hotel offers many things such as Wellness, mini club, night club, two different restaurants, beautiful nature around the place, shops, wine tasting, activities for kids and adults and much more. The room we booked was much bigger as on picture. We were very pleased. Very clean ! There is a beautiful walk distance to the city Rovinj right on the sea and it takes only 13 min walk. Thank you to Dragan from the restaurant, very friendly man who did a very good job as serving us. We will be back!'

The prices of drinks are quite expensive for off season.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Minimalistic, yet not sterile. The location is beautiful, great views and lovely walks nearby. Breakfast is great. The spa is gorgeous. This was our third time at Lone, there is a reason we keep coming back.

On our third visit we notice a decline in the quality of the staff. Some of the staff are less friendly and service-oriented than they used to be. One major problem we found was the fact that the breakfast staff was uninformed about food allergies. The food labels are often incorrect, e.g. a 'vegan' dish contained dairy upon inquiry and it turned out the cook didn't know what vegan meant. I am not vegan, but I do have a dairy allergy and this meant I couldn't trust the food labels nor the staff anymore.

Everything was exceptional, especially the staff.

Hotel is a decade old with a lot of a guests thru the years and needs a little bit of a extra care.

Loved breakfast!! It was fantastic!! Staff were helpful and accommodating for the most part. The pool was lovely but would have been great if heated just a touch. The size of the room was incredible!! Love the balcony and appreciate the sunrise we caught every morning😊

The room had stains on the carpet and cobwebs on the balcony. There was also lots of dust in the corners of the floor. The shower spilled out onto the bathroom floor no matter how hard I tried to keep it inside, which was annoying as I needed to use my towels to sop up floor instead of on myself.
