This is a lovely property, nicely renovated, clean, tidy and secure. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was very close to the main square, markets, cafe and church on the hill. It was perfect really! The check in process was easy at another location slightly out of town which was easy to find and had parking onsite. Our host did everything to help us manage our parking arrangements, and gave us a free shuttle directly to the apartment (which was great as we didn’t have to worry about getting lost in the old town trying to find it!) and picked us back up the day of check out.

This was quite possibly the best apartment I've stayed in to compliment stunning Rovinj. Absolutely everything about the apartment was wonderful, taste, size and it was super cosy. I was particularly delighted with the White Company shower products. The location was a joy in amazing old town as a solo traveller it was super convenient to step into heaven within seconds. The staff were so professional and communicative collected me from the bus station on way there and back. I recommended this apartment to others as I was so happy. Jo

The parking at the reception was great, easy to find and not too expensive at 10 euros a day. The shuttle to the place was nice, we got taken all the way to our doorstep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice as well. When stepping out the door you are right in the center of all the action, with most of Rovinj within walking distance.

The wifi was a bit spotty, which meant there were multiple times per day where it cuts out for a minute or two.

The property is located right in the middle of the old town. It is close to everything, had a rustic charm and we loved that. The room was comfortable and clean and had cozy beds. The golf cart shuttle from the rental office to the property was very nice. The room was not overly large but had all we needed. The air conditioning was nice as the temperature gets quite hot outside.

We were on the 3rd floor and there were very narrow and steep stairs to climb to the room. Not really an issue for us but wouldn't work well if guests have mobility challenges. The mini fridge in the room did not work very well in keeping anything cool. There are windows on both ends including the balcony but the view is mainly of more building roofs. That has a charm to it but others may like a sea view.

We loved our room! So quaint with the beams and yet tastefully updated. We had read reviews about the stairs being an issue, but didn’t really find them to be a problem (and we’re in our 60s). It’s in a good location, although be prepared to get lost in the winding streets. We were only there for one afternoon and evening, so didn’t really get a chance to get our bearings. Very charming little city.

We met and parked at an offsite location as this is in an old town pedestrian zone. Very helpful - but a long way to get car when we needed to go to other cities. Directions/map back would help.

The room was up 2 steep flights of steps which was a bit challenging. The mirror over the sink is set back about 3 feet - so maybe attaching a makeup mirror to the wall would be good.

Staff was professional. Location good enough. However the building was out of sunlight. No view. On the other hand it had nice old town vibe. Interior was nice. Price was good!

We visited during December. Due to basic physics, lower room was cold as heating unit was on upper floor. Luckily there was a small portable heater in cupboard. Sheets had some fresh smell added. Use washing powder which has no smell added.

The location was excellent. It was a little unusual in that we had to park our car a good distance from the apartment and be taken to it on a golf cart. This was necessary because cars are not allowed in the city center. We were very close to the waterfront and enjoyed walking along it.

Helpful staff leaving key at the accommodation. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Mini fridge was a good bonus for keeping water chilled. Very central location for old town/port.

Rooms above were very noisy late into the night which was a shame as we had young children, but I understand this is out of the control of the staff.

I loved the system where the host texts you with the details and greets you at the private parking of Avior group. The staff was extremely nice and spoke great English. They responded very fast to every question and were always on time. They took us to the property with an electric car and helped with the luggage right into the room. The fact that the room was right in the center of Rovinj and everything was just a few minutes away gave us huge freedom and comfort. We could jump home anytime, yet it was quiet. The bathroom was big, clean and modern. The design of the room was very romantic. :)

It was a bit strange that the windows were facing a very near wall, but that is the charachter of Rovinj old town I guess, so I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it was just unusual. :)
