The fascilities and food was great, close to the beach, everyday something happening, we also had firework so it was really great for us. Perfect for families.

The airconditioning in dining room, the lobby and especially in kids club was too much. We didn’t take kids to mini club because they would get sick for sure. Also comming from outside to the lobby was such a shock because od the temperature difference. There was also space problem around the pool. I had two kids with me and needed only one beach chair since they were in the pool all the time while we were there, but everything was “reserved” by towels though noone was there. I think there should be rule about this.

No elevator nor wheelchair accessible. Need to carry on luggage to enter hotel. Can be a bit tricky for disabled persons or people with baby’s

Animation activities were impressive with musicals and dance performances as well as fireworks; excellent food; child friendliness generally and from the animation staff who were very talented and welcoming.

One staff member at the bar was rather rude because hasty. Some also did not understand the orders (maybe issues with English?). The only public toilet is rather far from the swimming pool and a bit unpractical.

The location is perfect with very good beaches in the area. There are not many places to visit near the hotel, but Porec and Rovijni are very close. We had all inclusive and there was no need to pay anything extra. The room is very small, but you stay outside more anyway. There are terraces, places to relax, the beach, the promenade. Tourists are of various ages. For us it was the first holiday with all inclusive and honestly we prefer the classic version, with going to various restaurants, but for those who prefer all inclusive, it is a very good alternative. It is also recommended for single people, because everything is a big community and you can easily meet new people.

Great location, very pleasant staff, good food, parking, all inclusive offer. Room is simple, but they moved us when we needed a quiet room, which was much appreciated.

Even after moving rooms, we didn´t get much sleep because of lots of noise from outside and from neighbours. But we appreciated that the hotel moved us after first night.

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE THIS 100 I WOULD. Amazing place with an amazing staff. Everyone is so helpful, nice and accomadating! The hotel is awesome, food? Dont even get me started, pure magic! I would recommend it to everyone. Best worth for the price! Zorna i hope to see u next year aswell :)

An elevator would be great :) but the staff helped us with the suitcases, we are thankful!

Had 14 days with children and grand children at the Zorna 9 people all together - nice food with a galla dinner every Tuesday - food is ok as it is an all inclusive setup we where satisfied - some thing that is not ok is the beer is served at the bar in 28 cl glasses come on ran there all the time and some in the hotel management finds it ok to serve gin tonic with seven up hmm Plava laguna had a lot to offer nice entertainment and sports .. including in the hotel price - good value for the money

Parking totally Caos - gin tonic with Tonic THX - Larger beers would take the presure of the personal also and reduce the line at the bar Sun bed policy (people occupies them with out using )

Great holidays with more activities in all inclusive. Amazing staff, food, entertaining also for children every Day. Small, but Clean rooms. I recommend hotel Zorna.

I dont Like the sea area, but whole Istria looks Like that. Too much People at dinner.
