Staff - very kind and helpfull Food - delicious, probably the best dinner out of cca 10 4* hotels in Croatia we have visited Room - very comfortable, well equiped, lovely room, big bathroom and balcony etc. Cleanless - pointless Location - in the middle of the park, a lot of shade around Bachus bar - cold instant coffe Lobby - nice, comfortable, live piano music... All recommendations for the hotel, we would visit it again.

For my taste, the cappuccino in the hotel can be better (tried in 3 different places/bars). Access to the beach is not fully adapted for people with disabilities (have to ephasize that inside the hotel is fully adapted). Anyway, hotel has 10 out of 10 from us :).

Overal experience was more than good, almost great 😀 . The hotel's location and the property itself were truly wonderful. The reception staff, including Toni, Dragana, Vjeran, the Reception staff manager, and the housekeeping lady for our section (A1), were all exceptionally kind, helpful, and greeted us with welcoming smiles. While the smiles of other employees were not as noticeable, this might be a matter for management to address. I doubt they are all naturally unhappy, employees' satisfaction is just as important as the guests' satisfaction. An extra point would be awarded if there were more smiles. I would also like to commend Luka, Nemanja from the pool bar, and Vladimir from the a la carte restaurant, for their helpfulness.

A kettle or coffee machine would be nice in a room.

The hotel location in fantastic. You hardly realize that you are in the middle of huge colonie with many hotels, apartments and restaurants. At least this was the case during Easter. Although the rooms have seen better times, the are still very nice and comfortable. The food - we had half board - was really ok, not fantastic but good, and the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. The outdoor area is really super nice and big enough.

We had a sea-view room and it was not possible to leave the windows open at night because of the loud and obnoxious music from a nearby night-club. The wellness area is not as well maintained and clean as we would have hoped for, and it is quite small. So when the weather is bad, it gets crowded very fast. Due to the many kids running around and screaming, do not expect a quiet spa-day down there.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Just as nice as the first. Spacious room, green and well-kept surroundings, crystal clear sea water with long-long-long pebble beaches. 2 swimming pools, one with salt water and the other with fresh water are an added value when the sea is a bit rough.

It is a perfect location for those looking for peace and quiet. For those who want a more vibrant atmosphere or nightlife, it is not the right location.

The food is generally quite decent, but rather bland; it's obvious that they're cutting costs. The juices at breakfast are an absolute disaster. The breakfast menu is also always the same, so after a few days you don't know what to eat anymore. The prices of ordinary drinks are like those at the five-star Ritz Hotel... A Radler for almost EUR 6 is outrageous!

I don't understand why management doesn't deal with the towels by the pool, which block the sun loungers all day long for no reason.

Hotel Parentium Plava Laguna fulfills all requirements for spending a wonderful vacation with the family. I have visited many hotels around the world, but nothing compares to this one. An excellent atmosphere is created by the wonderful staff, who are smiling all the time during your stay and are always helpful. The hotel is very clean, so you feel at home there. Last but not least, the hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet environment, with nice beaches. The excellent chefs will make sure that you are not hungry, and they will prepare very tasty and varied food for you every day. I am sure that everyone will enjoy their vacation at Hotel Patentinum Plava Laguna to the fullest.

Nice spacious rooms, super clean, well organized restaurant (half board), excellent food, plenty of space by the sea/pools (even with a full hotel), clean sea, parking spaces available. Indoor pool, free towels etc. Just a pleasant stay.

Beach only concrete piers and ladders/steps into the water - not suitable for the elderly or children. For more sensitive people, water shoes are necessary. Nothing around except other hotels. Large ships often go close to the coast - waves and smell.

This was a last.mon.com booking and i was not disappointed at all. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, staff amazing helpful, friendly and just lovely people. Great facilities and the best I have slept in months comfy beds and pillows. We did half board and we could not fault breakfast or dinner so much to choose from all so delicious. There was so much room to sit and relax in and outside the hotel and the facilities were plentiful.

it was amazing weather so hot and not expected, our room was very hot so asked to turn on the air con unfortunately was not due to the weather changing back but they came and turned off the heating immediately and we slept with he doors open which helped

We Loved the infrastructure, the whole complex, the access, the location, the surroundings, the amenities, and facilities. The staff was always available and had a great service attitude. I was feeling sick the first night, and the staff was so gentle to bring a kettle, tea bags, fresh fruits and dry fruits to our room. That helped me to enjoy my stay even more. Good job guys, I will recommend the hotel to everyone every time. We kept good memories from our stay. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff. Till the next time!

The shower was not 100% clean, you can see the old orange stains in the walls and the floor. The rest was just perfect!

Excellent location, huge size - never crowded, good facilities, professional but friendly support, good food, clean pool and wellness area.

Smoking and non-smoking area seems to be mixed (outside only). Parking was a problem for some drivers. The closest elevator was not always operational and the staircase was on the opposite side of the floor.
