Hotel is nice and clean, has a beautiful view of the vineyards and sunset. Food in the restaurant (dinner) is amazing, our waiter was very kind and professional. We parked the car in the garage, which is convenient in the summer.

However, hotel gives mixed feelings. The property lacks warmth. Music by the pool could elevate the vibe (no music at all). Staff at the pool's bar is not present the whole time during opening hours. It is too hot inside the resting area of the Wellness (feels like you are lying in a sauna), maybe change the music to the more chilled/relaxed one. The staff is kind but lacks warmth and presence at the whole property. The price does not meet the corresponding level/standard.

We were so very happy with our stay at Roxanich so thank you! So happy for this find! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there—the setting is stunning, and every detail felt special. The entire team was not only extremely helpful but also wonderfully knowledgeable about the wines, which made our experience even richer. We were there for a special occasion, and the hotel truly spoiled us—Thankyou so much for the care and generosity. We spent time lounging by the pool and soaking in the beautiful surroundings—it was pure relaxation. The wine was exceptional (we especially loved the sparkling!), and the breakfast was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is stylishly designed and decorated. The views from the pool area are stunning. It’s in an ideal location to walk into nearby Motovun which is a beautiful old town.

Both times we used the pool we had to go looking for towels even though we were told there would be some by the pool. On the first occasion we were using the pool (which is in a serene and peaceful location) an extremely large group of guests came to the pool area and completely took over the area, playing their own music and talking loudly, and gathering to talk right by our sun loungers. This ruined the peaceful atmosphere for us so we left. It was a shame as we were only staying one night. It may be an idea for staff to remind ALL guests to respect other guests’ space.

Delicious breakfasts, wonderful service, excellent cuisine, outstanding wines. Only local products, Istrian cuisine with a great modern twist. Magnificent interiors and breathtaking views from the terrace, the pool and the spa area. Everything has been designed with attention to the smallest details. And on top of that, there are magical surroundings where you can walk endlessly. Finally, the people working at the hotel made me feel at home right immediately.

The location is great! Right below Motovun and a short walk to the local shuttle bus that takes you up to the cute town. The room is modern and spacious. The facilities are very nice and their breakfast is delicious. Their wines are pretty great too. Just a 2 minute walk you can also find Tomaz winery, its beautiful there as well! Parking is included when you find a spot in their open area, if its full you have to use their garage and they charge you 10 Euros per day, luckily we found a spot in the open space and we did not have to pay.

The food at the restaurant is ok, not great. The prices are too high for what you get. We tried the Irish steak and we were not impressed by it to pay 75 Euros for it.

We had an amazing stay at Roxanich. The hotel is beautiful, with unique architecture and unique room design. Very high bed, made it feel quite regal. The room was very very spacious. We enjoyed the wellness (good to know: there is no dressing room, so use your room provided bathrobe and follow the indoor route to the wellness part of the building). Best of all was the food (and the wine pairings). We had an amazing dinner, and the breakfast was amazing too. Tip for dinner is to dont go too late, so you can enjoy the sunset as you eat this amazing food. Extra points to the service of the waiters, the staff made this stay our favourite in Croatia.

We booked a (quite expensive) wine tasting as well, which was a bit disappointing. The sommelier was very knowledgable, but the tour itself felt quite rushed. Too bad, because the Roxanich wine story is quite unique, but the tastimg/tour did not match this uniqueness. I would skip it and just order extra wines to taste in the restaurant instead.

Beautiful design seen all around the hotel. Breakfasts are great, they actually do fresh eggs Benedict on request. They also have mimosas. The spa is clean, modern and saunas well maintained. The hotel bar is trendy and comfortable. There is plenty of parking around. The beds are a special experience and something you do not see often, still very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is great start point to explore surroundings.

The walls are quite thin and loud neighbours having relations can come through a bit too clearly🥲

We were at Roxanich only a few days ago, and had an amazing stay in this hotel. The quality of the staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant during Diner/breakfast, the food extremely tasty and the view breathtaking from morning till evening. We had a great stay! We also booked a wine tasting that was more than ok, and that came with excellent finger food. A bit expensive tasting though, compared to other wineries in the region, but the explanations and the tour were from a very good quality.

The rooms are a bit too quirky for us, and from a very particular style, but this is a matter of taste.

The design and appearance of the hotel are top-notch, with a modern and elegant atmosphere that creates a truly impressive experience. However, the reception staff could benefit from matching this high standard in terms of customer service, as they were somewhat less welcoming and polite than expected. On a more positive note, the staff in the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, and their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

A great hotel with amazing views!! Very nice and attentive staff. We loved both the breakfasts and dinner - all very delicious with huge choice. Nice SPA area (albeit the saunas do not close properly). Especially loved the pool with the gorgeous view :) Beds are special and super comfy. We had our small dog with us - the hotel and area was very dog friendly!
