The experience from start to finish was nothing short of extraordinary, and I am delighted to share my thoughts on this remarkable vineyard retreat. The property is an oasis of comfort and cleanliness. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident, and the inviting ambiance made me feel at ease the moment I stepped inside. Looking out over the picturesque vineyards from a private balcony is amazing. The sight of endless rows of grapevines against the backdrop of rolling hills infused my stay with a sense of tranquility and natural beauty. The spa is an absolute sanctuary of relaxation. What sets this hotel apart is their approach to spa/wellness use. Each guest/family is granted exclusive access in a specific time slot, ensuring a private and relaxing experience. My time in the wellness area left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Breakfast is a real treat, and the staff is happy to make you an omelette with truffles, or any sort of eggs you might want, along with a spread of other delicious items. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. This was my fourth time staying at this marvelous property, and each visit has only solidified my admiration for it. The combination of comfort, breathtaking scenery, and stellar hospitality creates a lasting impression. The warm and genuine welcome of the staff made me feel like a long-lost friend returning home. The staff exuded pride in the property and a sincere desire to ensure that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. Their attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit all the more special. Without a doubt, I will return again, eager to bask in the warm embrace of this property. A beautiful small hotel set amongst vineyards with distant views to the see. Breakfast was exceptional. The property has a spa - sauna and jacuzzi and balcony which can be booked out privately. Whilst there is no restaurant the food from breakfast is left as a buffet during the day and it is possible to request a platter from the winery…..and, of course, the winery. A variety of tastings can be booked during the daytime and early evening including a selection of wines from the Cattunar estate and generous food platters of local cheeses, meats and olives. The birdlife is exceptional with many swallows nesting under the balcony roofs. The pool and garden terrace was a perfect place to relax and to have a glass of the estate wine. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall this was a perfect summer retreat.

- exceptional location placed among the vineyards and olive trees where the rooster wakes you up in the morning, - amazing staff from the receptionists, waitress/es, gardener, cleaning ladies, owner who talked to us while working in the field - big selection of food and drinks at breakfast, - nice gesture with free bottle of wine in the small fridge, and in the end: excellent story created with 4 soils

I have visited many wineries in my career and I have never paid for the wine tasting when I have bought the wines. In this specific case we have taken 12 bottles and we were charged 100HRK/ person for a really small snack + not enough attention + not visiting the cellar. She ( enologist) was friendly, very knowledgeable but too busy for the demanding guests who visit such place with the purpose. It is not matter of money but the basic principle and fair business practice which should be followed from abroad- we were not simple tourist who seek free glasses of wine

It felt very relaxed and peaceful . The staff were extremely welcoming , friendly, and helpful. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and the rooms were beautiful. Beds v comfortable. All the staff were lovely, the manager Allesandro was particularly helpful , informative and obviously enjoyed his job . Nothing was too much trouble . Great to meet such a wonderful team . Breakfast was excellent too especially the freshly baked cakes.

What a beautiful residence and winery, the staff was friendly and accommodating, pouring is a glass of wine upon arriving. We then sat outside and had a wine tasting and the owner of the vineyard Franco join us . He told us all about his vision for the winery and creating the residence, this was a fabulous stay. The Jacuzzi and hot sauna were a lovely bonus before heading out for an amazing dinner recommended by Nicole at the hotel.

Great room with magnificent view. The property is small enough to enjoy quiet relaxation and big enough to have any facilities one may want to have access to (apart from on-site restaurant). Extremely friendly staff.

A bit of nit-picking, but I would appreciate a firmer mattress. It would also be nice to have airer available in the room to dry swimwear etc.

It is a very cozy residence with nice unblocked views over the vineyards. Was pleasantly surprised by the free access to the spa relaxation room which was a truly wonderfully touch. Most importantly- very hospitable staff. We were late and missed the wine tasting. But the staff Alexandra was still kind enough to arrange an enjoyable private tasting for us.

It was the most amazing and tranquil place we have ever stayed. The staff went above and beyond and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool area was lovely, and the welness room was so peaceful with amazing views.

Nothing to fault

We had a wonderful time here. Clean and peaceful, super comfortable and clean with great views and vineyards surroundings. The SPA is awesome and you can book time for a private hour, just for yourself, which is really cool. Great location in northern Istra.

Breakfast isn’t great and not aligned with the quality of this facility. Small comment about cleaning, we were a bit surprised that our room was not cleaned and organized after our first night. Other than that the place is perfect for couples.

Fantastic location with astounding wine growing countryside and sea views. The facilities are fresh and very comfortable. The pool is amazing, the breakfast selection is local and fresh. The team is an absolute delight and makes you feel extremely welcome. The winery makes some excellent wines. Plenty of wonderful towns within 20 mins drive.

It is a bit pricey but you will not regret spending money on something so wonderful.
