From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hygiene was impeccable everywhere, the service flawless, and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The entire place exudes charm, with a rustic yet refined ambiance that perfectly captures the soul of Istria. Every little detail was carefully thought out, creating a sense of comfort and serenity throughout our stay and the atmosphere like in the good old days. What was most important, our 18 month old son was extremely happy and seemed to enjoy the ambiance. The location is ideal – a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Istria, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The surroundings are filled with the calming scents of lavender and Mediterranean herbs, immersing you in the true coastal spirit of the region. The beautiful beach called Kanegra was just a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel kindly provided us with a pass. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and generous, served in a setting that made mornings a true delight. This small but very nicely equipped room with a great interior was a magical spot to start the day. The on-site restaurant is a must – the food was phenomenal, authentic, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Aljoša, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. He and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. We received far more than we expected. This place is not just a stay, it’s an experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

La Parenzana property is a charming building with modern amenities. My son loved backyard playground and the choice of cartoons on TV while we grown up loved charming dinning area among the olive trees. I loved the fact that fresh food was all locally grown, produced and sourced. Staff was very accomodating and also helpful in providing us with complimentary parking for the nearby local Kanegra beach. We loved excursion and tour of the local Olive producing property ‘Olivo Istriano’ of local centuries old heritage family Kozlovic. Next time we wish to come with our bushwalking and cycling loving friends to experience what the region has to offer while enjoying this fantastic accomodation. Rich Breaky was an awesome bonus!

My young son got a bit cold in the night. All we had as a bed covers were good quality sheets. It was pity we needed to use reverse recycling to warm up room a bit, when all we needed was just a blanket.

A lovely place to stay, absolutely amazing vibes especially with the restaurant downstairs which has a really romantic vibe to it. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. I don’t think the location has much to offer itself (in contrast to our last stay amongst vineyards), but the accommodation is amazing! Would definitely visit again. The restaurant was amazing, the food was excellent, lots of dishes with truffles, too (local specialty), and Marko made sure we had an amazing time.

Some mosquito nets need to be installed, it was a rather tiresome fight through the whole night. There is air conditioning, so those who prefer that could close their windows, but we love having some fresh air in the room and were struggling quite a bit. Also lots of mosquitoes on the restaurant so make sure to use some insecticide beforehand.

Fantastic help from the lady on the desk helping us with food choices , locations etc We ate at the hotel on one of our two evenings (hotel restaurant not open Monday) and it was a very special meal. The room on 2nd floor was very comfortable. Tasty breakfast with homemade jams.

Not a big issue as we brought our own kettle and cups but to be able to make a drink in your room is good. Think the drinks machine in the breakfast area was available though.

The bedroom was spacious, all fabrics new and tasteful. High level of cleanliness. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were stopping en route to Pula. We walked a bit of the local cycle/walking path which had great views and was peaceful. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was by far the best meal we had in Croatia. A very high level of cooking skills. As a vegetarian there was enough for me to choose from. My meat eating partner has not stopped talking about his fish starter.

The house and the surroundings are just as beautiful in reality as in the pictures. The atmosphere of the old building is very warm and homely. The cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection.

It would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows. The mattress was a bit hard for our taste.

There were no nets on the windows for mosquitos, but as I saw this is typical for the country and if you leave the windows open there are mosquitos in the room coming.

Everything runs smoothly with them. The welcome at the reception, the waiters at dinner, the conversation with the staff who take care of cleanliness... The dinner was delicious! And the feeling is phenomenal in an authentic Istrian house in the heart of nature.

I liked everything about this lovely little B&B. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location is excellent, particularly if one is biking the Parenzana bike trail. The dinner in the lovely little restaurant next to the B&B served excellent food. The staff was lovely, friendly, and professional.

Really nice place where to stay, if you preffer to be out side the main touristic zones. The rooms are big, selection on the breakfast is great. What is really a MUST visit, is the restaurant on site. One of the best restaurants I visited in my experience. It is very nice location. I would definitely come back, at least because of the restaurant.

The sound isolation of the rooms could be better. So just hope for other quests, which will be taking into account this fact, otherwise you won't be able to get fully relaxed.
