The location is perfect, there's trees and lot of shade so it's not that hot inside. There's no aircondition but it was ok. Everything was very clean, although the furniture is older. The kitchen is limited but it has all the essentials, without the oven. The bungalows are very close to the beach and the nature is amazing. There is parking all over the area for 1,5e a day. Reception is open 24/7. There's a little shop and bakery. All and all it was very good for that price.

These are lovely bungalows, built during late socialism and well kept since, meaning that they are nicely situated in the nature creating a sense of village community, while providing privacy. Though bungalows have no air conditioning, you actually really do not need it, as the houses are situated in a wooded area, on a hill overlooking see, so there is pleasant breeze during day and night. The beaches are walking distance from the houses, and there are few modest restaurants and cafés along the beach. There is a dog beach on the one side of the camp so it would be convenient to get the bungalow nearby.

The kitchen utensils are very modest (4 glasses, plates and forks, for 4 persons). Therefore it would be smart to bring from home those that would make your life easier, for instance: water boiler, wok/multi-use pan, vegetable peeler, bottle opener, scissors, something for mixing etc. There is a basic shop within the camp, so you need to ride 15min to nearest big shopping mall. But additional toilet paper, as their refill is not enough. Once a week you get new towels and bed sheets to change yourself.

Check-in and check-out is very fast. parking near the house, costs 1 euro per day. A wonderful pine forest. Large and clean area. From our house it was a couple of minutes along the paths down to the beach. The area of the apartments is sufficient for a family with children to relax for a few days. Noise isolation is good. Inside - a normal repair and furniture. Bathroom is good. The kitchenette is ok, great pots and a new non-stick frying pan. Crockery for a short stay is enough. The lighting is normal, in the kitchen above the hob there is an additional lamp. Bedding and towels - new. wi-fi ok.

Expensive for such services. No entertainment. There is no kettle in the kitchen.

Location. A lot of space. Older children can play and run on their own and it feels safe. You have some grassy areas where you can kick the ball barefoot. You can ride a bike or jog although it is hilly. You can find nice shady spots by the see or in the forest where you can relax and read a book. There is also a well equipped market however open only till 2pm.

Crowded beach with people smoking cigarettes. Water not so transparent as in other parts of the coast with bits of grass floating on it.

Perfectly situated for the pleasure of its natural beach shore, a stony but lovely clean area. Housing was clean and sufficient, even some new equipment ;) Just to make it clear: we have no problem with adjusting or cleaning by ourselves as we get a relaxing, nice sojourn for this off seasonal price in exchange ;) May this resort never lose its charming self sufficient and friendly appeal. ;)See u an other time

Try not to be too much prone to the inflational prices caused by politics and keep beeing safe haven for peace loving customers ;)

Is peacefull! It's in the pine tree. It's in the Piran bay. It's right accros Portoroz and Secovljanske soline, so ithas nice view. I think the see there is clean, most of the time. You can see trough it... It's perfect for families. You can have all sorts of fun in pine tree. And there are place for all kind of sports. It is preety cheap, considering where it is located. The beach is nothing special. And there's rocks on the beach, which I find hard for feet. But in that part of Croatia beaches are nothing special ussualy. For me beaches in Portoroz and Izola are not too bad. We used this accomodation as a starting point for discovering Slovenian riviera. There are no more customs, so it is preety conveniant. And it is much cheaper than accomodations in Slovenia. We were here once before and than we swam, so we know what it's like here. There are parking spots next to bungalows. You should only come here with a car or bike, so You could go to Slovenian riviera, or Umag, or Buje, Groznjan, Motovun, or anywhere in Istra, or in Trieste or Venezia... Otherways it seems to me that it would be boring, esspecially if You come for a longer period of time. But I guess it all depands on who likes what... There is a groceries shop, but it has short working time. There is also one pizzeria, one bar with grill etc. Recomendations! For families, as I wrote allready. I would definitely come again. And I hope I will in near future, while my kids are small because I think for them here is the nicest.! Pine forest is so good that You feel chill here in the midle of summer.

It's old. Doesn't look like it has been renovated recently. It could be perfect if some investments would be made... but it would probable be more expencive than... For given money it's perfect. Especially for families. For teens who wants to go out etc I think this is not the best option, since there is no caffe bars or anything near.. And traffic jams here can be bad.. even worse than in rest of Croatia. And especially in Slovenian riviera...

Amazing location and the wonderful seafood at the tasty Lama Taverna! All the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

The room was very confortable but it was not as clean or as cared for as we had believed from the photos. I think your photos are a few years old. Very few of the cleaners walking about greeted us, we always said hello to them first!

That’s a great place for a family vacation on a budget: pine grove, clean sea, comfortable beach, local food and drinks, Istria’s sightseeing and water sports.

The houses are pretty outdated but generally clean and functional. Some stuff needs renovation. We also had no cleaning service during two weeks of stay, I think cleaning at least once in a few days would be great.

My vacation was great, and the staff was super friendly. The apartment was accessible easily. The bed was average in comfort; the pillow could be less hard. The sofa was easy to transform into a bed, and as a 1.78-meter tall man, I could stretch out fully on the bed. The beach was clean and accessible.

We have been in Kanegra for 10 days. The accomodation was old, but clean, first days we missed air condition a lot, because there was very hot inside also during the night. Fortunately after the storm one night it was ok. The half board at the near restaurant was good with enough type of plates to choose. The beach was close, but we have been to others beaches near Kanegra, too. Kids liked Stella Maris with their sand beach. During rainy day we have visited city Pula ( Arena and aquarium) and several times Umag and their promenade. Kids liked activities with a friendly animator and the evening mini disco at the restaurant.

It would be great to have air condition in the apartment and bugs nets.
