Breakfast and pool facilities were super nice. The room was tidy and ok size-wise. The staff was accommodating and kind.

The location is 200 meters off the coast, the view towards the sea was limited and the walk to the city beach was 7 mins. The parking costs 20eur per day so count it in.

Thank you so much for the upgrade. We truly enjoyed our magnificent terrace and the view over Piran Bay. Two of us had a bicycle holiday for 10 days, we cycled a lot, and this was the night before we returned home. What a pleasant surprise for two tired cyclists trying to find a shelter from the not-so-pleasant heatwave. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the bike storage facilities that the hotel offers. Breakfast was nice too. Great that there were a lot of very local ingredients, which is a big plus. We enjoyed it, but I was a bit surprised to see smoked salmon instead of maybe something more local, like trout? Otherwise, no complaints. We went out for dinner in Piran with our friends. I wanted to have a cocktail in the hotel, but we arrived a bit later, and the bar was closed; the cocktails would be for next time. The staff, including everyone who worked at the hotel, were fantastic, from check-in to check-out. Thank you for the warm and honest welcome and hospitality provided throughout our stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. What to add here? Perhaps consider including hair conditioner as a bathroom amenity? Or more labelling in the breakfast area, particularly for the locally harvested food?

The staff of the hotel are the best! We stayed there for one week and fell in love with their friendly and personable approach! Breakfast is fantastic, location is great. We had a lovely time with out 3 year old in the swimming pool. The only thing I would point out is that a couple of things need maintenance in the rooms and around the hotel (lamps, curtains, fountains in the swimming pools) in order to match the prices. Prices for rooms are a bit too high even for August.

Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Nice pool with very comfortable sunbeds. Garage for cars. Very pleasant service. Location.

Air-conditioner in our room was quite noisy (staff said bc these were old and it was too hot outside). But we sort of got used to it for a second night 😉 Bathroom would benefit from more modern hairdryer. And although pancakes in the morning were really good, there seemed to be fixed amount of them - if they ran out, there was no refilling... You should fix it 😉!

I love this hotel. We stayed there the second time and definitely will come again next year. I prefer its cosiness and greater privacy than we had in the Grand or Slovenia hotels. And I love the little garden with a fountain between the hotel and the road. I liked having my coffee on the terrace every morning overlooking it. We also enjoyed the pool, it's great and not crowded and also the drinks at the pool bar. The breakfast was excellent, and the choice of food was sufficient. The staff is a little treasure - always ready to help, with anything. We used to go to Medusa Beach which is a 20-minute walk, but one can take a bus as well.

These are small things, but I would be happy if they could be solved. Even though the selection for breakfast was really wide, I missed vegetables. A small glass with one overripe cherry tomato and a few pieces of pepper (I don't eat pepper) is not enough. Our family eat a lot of vegetables, so I had to buy some from the supermarket and take them for breakfast every day. Another thing is the weak WiFi in the rooms. It was the same last year, so I'll probably have to get used to it and work on mobile data.

The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance to the beach area. The hotel had an outdoor pool which was perfect for the summer. They also provided parking which was convenient and breakfast was great. The waiter/bartender Mr Nikolav (?) also provided excellent service during breakfast. Daily housekeeping was provided.

Just a small suggestion - the lifeguard was very attentive and really kept an eye on the kids. However, he also kept telling the kids to be quiet. The purpose of the trip is to have fun and for the kids to enjoy - but the rule to be "quiet" because others are resting (at 11am) while enjoying the pool was not really effective when you have kids as young as 3. Also, some of the pillowcases and towels look quite worn down. But daily housekeeping made up for this.

Nice staff, excellent breakfast, very good location.

- Garage was too small, you have to give the carkeys at the reception, as space is very very limited so they might have to move several cars in order to get one out (cars standing on the ramp etc.), but parking was still relativelly expensive, and absolutelly not quaranteed to have place inside, and then one has to park on the street (even more expensive) - Not sure if disadvantage for everyone, but beds are quite soft - Room was slighly outdated and used (still very clean), furniture is a bit shabby. The windows are not insulated, room gets hot quickly, AC has to be on for the whole time.

Perfect place for a holiday in Portorož. Staff was trully great, we admired all of them and especially our 4yo son loved them. Great pool area, nice lobby and very good breakfast with a lot choices. Hotel bikes are ready for your ride to Piran. I liked we had a parking space in a garage - safe and comfy. Definitely coming back soon.

A problem with ants in the bathroom could not be finaly solved by cleaning ladies, but they tried at least every day during cleaning.

We booked the Hotel because it had a Pool for the Kids.

The Beach is few minutes walk from the Hotel. For Kids though one needs to walk a bit further to have a bit of beach sand. (Almost in front of Kempinski) One Umbrella with two seats costs EUR 25 to rent. The care taker of the pool area seem very attentive at first but at the same time tries to quiet down the noise of children even though it is not an adults only hotel.

We had Superior room for 3 and we had a dog. Very big room and terrace. Very convenient location of a room for a dog owner. Great breakfast and outside pool, very polite and nice staff. Parking in the garage - quite expensive but the price is the same everywhere. We were lucky to park in the garage as the temperatures were extremely high. Hotel is located in the quieter part, right at the beginning of Portoroz from the part Lucija.
