The hotel was quite beautiful, and our room was very clean. The route to our room was a bit unusual — we had to switch elevators to reach the second floor, which felt slightly confusing. Better signage would definitely help. The staff was generally kind, especially during breakfast and at the bar. The gentleman at the bar was particularly polite and welcoming. On the other hand, the evening waiters could benefit from a bit of training — they were polite but somewhat awkward, and they asked us to leave in a way that felt a little clumsy and abrupt. That said, the hotel kindly stored our luggage after check-out until our departure, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location along the main promenade between Portorož and Lucija, directly opposite the tennis stadium and the beach. We received a spacious room with a balcony and a sea view. The room was well-equipped, meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel. We also had access to an indoor pool and wellness facilities, and the breakfast was very solid. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was mostly great during our stay. However, we encountered a couple of issues: The pool was closed (on one day) at 6:30 PM, even though it was supposed to be open until 7:00 PM. The hotel has a few disabled parking spaces, but they were consistently occupied by vehicles without disabled permits or by service vehicles associated with the hotel.

Staff were welcoming and provided complete information on checkin. The entrance and general feel was quality, with the rooms being fitted out the same. Having stayed in 7 hotels so far on this vacation, this one was a stand out. The location is beautiful and the outdoor pool location and setup was outstanding, overlooking the panoramic views of the Adriatic. Breakfast was well presented, and we also used the wellness centre facilities where they were very helpful and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall this was one of the best places we have stayed this trip, and we would definitely consider returning.

Remisens Hotel Lucija offers a pleasant stay with a very good wellness area, including a pool, hammam, infrared and Finnish saunas, all working well. While the hotel shows signs of aging, it's clear that renovation is on the horizon, and we look forward to seeing the refreshed version soon. The food was excellent for a 3-star hotel, offering a variety of dishes for both meat-eaters and vegetarians, and a good selection for children.

The Location is great to start a Walk or a Bike trip. The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The renewed Restaurant is realy nice designed (modern and open, much better than for three Years). The Breakfast was good with enough variety of Food. If the Rooms also get a "touch up" (better Matrrasses, new Curtains and Wardrobes) it would be a realy nice small Hotel. What isn't ok is that they don't have enough Parking places for all Guests. A Women before me at the Chek-in got the last one and I had to pay 20€ a Day in the Garage near the Hotel.

We got half board. The buffet was constantly full, there were always plenty of everything. The outside pool was great, there was also a swimming- and a children's pool. It was filled with sea water. It was a glass walled fence so we had a great view of the sea from the pool. Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop (Lucija Hotels) with easy access to nearby towns: Piran, Koper, Izola, Trieste. The parking was paid, but you could get directly into the parking garage from the hotel.

Very convenient location and kind and friendly staff. We arrived late at night, booked last minute and the reception accommodated us. We had a wonderful breakfast on the morning, and enjoyed the clean and nice room. Will visit again certainly.

Parking is an issue to consider. Parking Garage is with fee. On the street is with fee. If they can arrange parking included either out front or in Garage, it would. be ideal. We were lucky to visit in off-season so parking was accommodated for one night, but if we stayed longer, we’d need to consider the parking costs.

It was a pleasant surprise for me. I was expecting a shabby three-star hotel with a retro atmosphere, but upon entering I was greeted by a fairly modern, clean, excellently air-conditioned reception and bar. The staff were kind and helpful, the younger ones without exception spoke excellent English. The beer on tap in the bar is always cold, and the service is polite. The Swedish buffet breakfast can be said to be very good. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are comfortable and clean. There was daily cleaning. The air conditioner in our room worked perfectly. Special thanks that we didn't have to keep our motorcycle in the paid parking lot!

There was no such. Not really a problem, but it is misleading that there is no information that there is no pool or wellness within the hotel at the moment.

Hotel Lucija is a very good option to stay in Koper, located at the main street, just some minutes walking to the beach areas, cafés and restaurants. A nice walk if you want to visit Piran for a day or the Salines. Room was as in the pictures, very clean. Breakfast served as buffet with plenty of options. Very recommendable!

To say something that could be improved maybe the mattress could be renovated.

Room was apropriate. Hotel offers enough other options for you to enjoy your stay. Staff was friendly. Read previous comments about food, but I must say food was better than expected with more than enough options for anyone to like.

General cleanliness - towels in our room needed change - they didnt look clean enough, but they change them quickly enough after complain. I missed bathrobes and slippers for comfortable access to spa section.
