The view from the room was great! The rooms are new and clean; we loved the complimentary bottle of water and tea-making set. The view at the breakfast was spectacular! The staff overall was very nice.

We should have been informed that there is no hotel reception at the Bel Moretto. When we got to the hotel, a note said it was closed! So we had to ask around to find out that the main reception was at the Metropol Hotel. That is within walking distance, but with all the luggage - it is not a pleasant surprise. There is no free parking, so count that in. The pool, breakfast, and saunas are all at the Metropol Hotel. The breakfast is great in quantity, but the quality leaves much to be desired (bread, butter, jams, tea selection - all of mediocre quality).

The location was great. For beginners as we were, the Remisens Bel Moretto belongs to the Grand hotel, so check in/out os done there, the breakfast is also there, but you sleep in a separate building 3 minites away. Parking under the hotel is 20€/day, but parking next to your buiding on the sun, is 15€/day. The place is nice and you can use all the facilities in the Grand hotel.

I must admit the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really nice (although you had to go to the Metropol hotel for it).

I think the room and the property could do some reparation, I imagine 4 star hotel to be better taken care of. Also pet bed our dog was given was half his size (he is medium sized dog), it’s just something I think the hotel should think about and provide suitable size of pet bed, bear in mind you pay 27 € per night for a dog.

The hotel is close to the beach and the center. Bel Moretto is an annex of the Hotel Metropol, check-in, check-out, meals and wellness are in the main building, but this is not a problem (you have to walk about 400m). Parking is a bit complicated and paid (13 EUR), but not a problem (there is also a parking garage nearby - 20 EUR). The accommodation was clean and well equipped, cleaned every day. The half-board is 5 stars, there was a lot of choice and they kept refilling if something ran out. The staff is kind and attentive. The wellness department has an indoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor pools, each filled with seawater.

Liked the location of the building. Dedicated salt watered pool and beach is for a short walk away. Hotel has it's own pool near the main building but that is a bit small. Room was comfy and the whole building air-conditioned. The terrace was grate although it was facing the private car park but that didn't bother us much.

No free parking. Cost of the private parking is 13 euro/day. (take a photo of the recipe as printing fade away quickly on the sun) :). Reception is in the main building. It was difficult to find the correct building at first. It could be improved.

Breakfast was every day the same, but we stay few days and is not OK. Also there is written that is private swimmingpool, but the other guest came to swim what is not OK because all places for sit and lay was ocupied.

Amazing stay! Everything was clean and prepared. Breakfast was amazing and ready at Metropol 5* hotel so we could enjoy 5* breakfast. We could use also swimming pools and wellness at Metropol. Hotel was situated near the beach. Parking was available but paid - 13€ per day. Interior was modern and new. Definitely comming back!

Parking was little bit weird, because place was offered by some guy at his private field. But we paid and it was checked by him.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Location is great for taking a good rest, far from traffic or places where more people commute. Location is also very close to the bus station which takes you to Piran, very handy. Breakfast was excellent.

Annex is dislocated from breakfast location, the Annex is not suitable for persons with walking challenge, which was not a problem for us, but come more precise information may be helpful to some other guests. No lights on the outside stairs leading to annex.

The room was clean, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of foods and drinks. The pool is big and clean, the pool area is reserved for the hotel guests, which makes it more exclusive. The staff was very friendly except one elderly waiter, but maybe he had a bad day :)

The fridge in the room could be cooling more efficiently.

Very nice, clean, well-positioned hotel near the beach. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel with lots of well-kept plants and cypress trees. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and will satisfy everyone's taste. A wonderful outdoor hotel pool right on the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Parking is overpriced.
